Today, we will be focusing on some stockrising playmakers that should make a considerable difference this upcoming fall. Without any further ado, here’s my list of five stockrisers in Kentucky to keep an eye on.
In the first place spot on my list is DJ Wilson DJ Wilson 5’9″ | 190 lbs | RB Paducah Tilghman | 2026 State KY , a running back at Paducah Tilghman High School. What impresses me about Wilson is his ability to maneuver the pocket with ease as well as utilize his durable edge to break tackles and escape into the backfield. I also like how Wilson can quickly reach the edge and use bursts of speed to create seperation on his way to the house for the touchdown.

I am additionally impressed with Camden Burke Camden Burke 6’3″ | 280 lbs | OL Madison Central | 2026 State KY , an offensive lineman at Madison Central High School. What makes Burke so explosive at the line of scrimmage is his ability to quickly lock down the defense off the snap, using his arms to stun his opponent. I also like how Burke can blast his man to the ground, using his core strength to deter defensive pressure and protect his quarterback during the blitz.
Highlights
Leron Brown
Leron Brown
Claiming the number three spot on my list is Leron Brown, an athlete at DuPont Manual High School. Brown stands out due to his ability to disrupt passing, utilizing his electric speed and versatile edge to jump in front of the ball and pick off the quarterback. Brown can also read the short pass and drop receivers to the ground. Brown also impresses with his wing span, proving he can swat the ball out of the air.
Another skilled prospect to watch for is Timmy Emongo Timmy Emongo 5’9″ | 170 lbs | ATH Scott County | 2027 State KY , an athlete at Scott County High School. What impresses me about Emongo is his breakaway speed, proving he can take it all the way to the house as a kick returner with his ability to juke out the defense and break tackles. I also like how Emongo executes in the pocket and from along the edge, using his durability to stay on his feet and blast past the defense.
Gabe Tipton
Gabe Tipton
Coming in at number five on my list is Gabe Tipton, an athlete at Montgomery County High School. Tipton stands out with his versatile edge down the stretch, showcasing his ability to create solid seperation off the snap and be wide open for the pass from along the edge. I also like Tipton’s effort defensively, proving he can read the offense like a book and shut down the running game in the pocket.
