A good amount of the 27s decided to follow me the other day, so I decided to go down a bit of a rabbit hole checking some film on some of the youngsters. Read on to see what underclassmen I liked and who I will be watching closely as they develop.

Charlie King, QB, Grand Rapids Christian- I was checking out some highlights he had posted of his Legacy 7 on 7 performance, and I like it a ton! He seems to have pretty good footwork, and has the arm strength to actually put some zip on the ball. His throws don't float or linger, but rather hit the target with some pop. I am curious to see him in pads and what he can do in live action, but I was impressed with what he displayed in those clips.

Jeremiah Coleman, RB, Grand Blanc- This is a kid who definitely has a step on some of the other backs in this class that I've seen. He's a pretty natural runner as far as vision, balance and explosiveness. He hits the hole pretty aggressively and shows a great ability to make a cut and get upfield. I hope he keeps working because he is off to a really nice start.

Juanito Escamilla, QB, Hartland- Another Legacy kid, he has shown me he could develop really nicely if he keeps at it. He has good arm strength, as a lot of kids at this age are seeing balls dive to the ground quickly, his seem to float a lot longer, and the spiral is nice and tight. He also displays an ability on Hudl to get mobile if needed, though that isn't necessarily his strongest attribute. I am definitely going to be keeping any eye out to see what else he can add to his game.

Caden Krueger, RB/LB, Detroit Catholic Central- This is a really solid 2 way player. Offensively is where I see him really shining as he was able to run between the tackles, running through arm tackles and making guys miss. He hits the 2nd level extremely quickly and has nice acceleration. His X account shows him putting in the work in the weight room, and I hope to see that continue!

[player_tooltip player_id='466870' first='Dallas' last='Moody'], ATH, Caledonia- Dallas is a kid that has been on the PRZ scene for some time since Prep Redzone Next! He seems to be a very gifted and instinctual DB who has a nose for the ball. Sometimes he can get caught looking in the backfield too much and loses sight of his man, but has the athletic ability to make up the gap and make a play. There is no doubt he has all the athletic ability to succeed, as long as he continues to work on the game and craft itself. Overall I am high on what he can do and am excited to see him develop!
