He is a good athlete who throws well off-platform and always has his eyes on the secondary when under pressure. His arm strength is plus his size stands out.
Arizona State was the first school to offer Glover in January.
Herr transferred to San Juan Hills from Mater Dei and impressed as a dual threat quarterback.
He completed 67 percent of his passes for 187 yards per game with 21 touchdowns. Herr also ran for 18 touchdowns.
Accuracy is a strong suit for Herr and he does a good job placing the ball where only his receiver has a shot to make a play. Sometimes he eyes down his primary target, but that is something that more playing time will solve.
Western Michigan and Eastern Carolina have offered him.
Taylor transferred to Thousand Oaks from Oaks Christian and had a very good sophomore season.
He threw for 200 yards per game with 29 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
Taylor has a quick release and flashes impressive arm strength even when throwing from a less than ideal foot position.
Kansas State offered him recently which brings his total to 14 offers.
Highlights
Huhn has been one of the hottest quarterback prospects in the state this offseason.
He threw for 1623 yards and 16 touchdowns as a sophomore at Mission Hills last season.
Huhn has a nice fram and his arm strength stands out on film. The ball jumps out of his hands.
I wrote about him in my recruiting notebook on Monday and since then he has picked up three major offers from UCLA, Notre Dame and Michigan State bringing his total to 14 offers.
Rios transferred to Downey from Orange and was given the reigns to the offense quickly.
He showed great ability as a runner that I didn’t see when he played at Orange. As a passer, he takes care of the ball with 23 touchdowns and just five interceptions on a 73 percent completion rate.
UNLV offered him last April. He will be active on the camp circuit in March with the Elite 11, Rivals and Under Armour Next All-American camps.
