Rios threw for 2554 yards with 22 touchdowns and just six interceptions last season for Downey and ran for 735 yards with 11 touchdowns.

Rios was committed to Purdue but withdrew his commitment when offensive coordinator Graham Harrell was fired. He recently was offered by UCLA and is visiting Kentucky this weekend.
