1. Landon Kelsey Landon Kelsey 6'4" | 210 lbs | WR Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-4 195 25′ Central Catholic OR OFFERS (4) Colorado St, UNLV, Nevada, San Diego St
One of the fastest rising prospects in the West. The 3* WR added numerous offers recently, catching 33 passes for 758 yards and 10 TDs. His 23 yards per catch average spoke to his dominant season for the state champs.
2. Rasean Jones Rasean Jones 6'2" | 195 lbs | WR Baker | 2026 State OR 6-2 195 26′ Baker OR
The elite sophomore had 70 catches for 942 yards and 11 TDs during the regular season, finishing 1st and 2nd overall at the 4A level in receiving yards and touchdowns. Jones has 4* potential and will likely blow up this off season.
3. Braxton Singleton Braxton Singleton 6'2" | 205 lbs | WR North Salem | 2026 State OR 6-2 205 26′ North Salem OR
Singleton comes from a talented family and should rank as one of the top two-way athletes on the west coast. His combination of speed and physicality at such a young age is impressive. As a sophomore he caught 13 passes for 375 yards, scoring 7 TDs (5 receiving). He was also listed among the state leaders with 5 INTs (2 pick 6’s) on D.
4. Xavier Ahrens Xavier Ahrens 6'2" | 190 lbs | ATH Curtis | 2025 State WA 6-3 205 25′ Curtis WA OFFERS (1) Nevada
I could see the 3* recruit blowing up after earning 1st team all-conference honors in back-to-back years. Ahrens helped take the Curtis program to new heights, while finishing 8-3. He is incredibly versatile and should be considered one of the region’s top defenders as well.
5. Evan Wusstig Evan Wusstig 6'0" | 175 lbs | ATH West Salem | 2026 State OR 6-0 175 26′ West Salem OR
Wusstig had one of the best seasons of any sophomore in the west. He had 8 TDs and 48 total tackles, earning 1st team all-league honors on both sides of the football. He comes from a talented family with his brother playing D1 ball. Look for him to do the same.
6. Colson Mackey Colson Mackey 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Richland | 2025 State WA 6-3 185 25′ Richland WA
Mackey is long and super talented. He could very well be the best WR in Washington this coming season. He caught 59 passes for 1,015 yards and 12 TDs last year, earning 1st team all conference honors.
7. Jack Foley Jack Foley 6'4" | 205 lbs | WR Mt View | 2025 State OR 6-4 195 25′ Mountain View OR
Foley has a stock which is sky rocketing. Look for him to have a big off season and be a 5A Oregon POY candidate next year. His 42 catches for 728 yards and 17 TD’s helped Mountain View reach the state title game, with him and all everything RB Angel Valenzuela Angel Valenzuela 5'11" | 205 lbs | RB Mountain View | 2026 State OR both returning.
8. Tristan Baker Tristan Baker 6'1" | 185 lbs | ATH Lakes | 2026 State WA 6-1 185 26′ Lakes OFFERS: Nevada
The sophomore will end up being a 4 year all conference athlete, earning 1st team all PCL honors this past season. He went for close to 800 total yards and 6 TDs and will be a POY candidate the next two years.
9. Khristian Norris Khristian Norris 6'2" | 190 lbs | WR Graham-Kapowsin | 2025 State WA 6-2 190 25′ Graham Kapowsin WA OFFERS: Nevada, Pittsburgh
Norris has been a reception machine over the last two years, catching 105 passes for 1,188 yards and 11 TDs. He is more of a possession receiver but does have good speed.
10. Silas Reynolds Silas Reynolds 6'3" | 185 lbs | ATH West Linn | 2026 State OR 6-3 185 26′ West Linn OR
Not a lot of people know about Reynolds yet, but I could see him blowing up next season. He earned honorable mention all conference honors on D as a sophomore and is one of the fastest players in Oregon. Look for him, Smiley, and Danny Wideman Danny Wideman 5'10" | 175 lbs | ATH West Linn | 2025 State OR to put up some ridiculous numbers next year.
11. Brayden Allen Brayden Allen 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Ridgeline | 2025 State WA 6-0 175 25′ Ridgeline WA
One of the fastest rising prospects in Washington. Allen had a phenomenal season, setting Greater Spokane League records with 103 receptions for 1,040 yards and 15 TDs.
12. Wyatt Smiley Wyatt Smiley 6'4" | 180 lbs | WR West Linn | 2025 State OR 6-4 190 25′ West Linn OR
Smiley is a 2x honorable mention all-conference WR and should have a big senior campaign. The Lions spread the ball around with so much talent on the roster.
13. Andre Watson Andre Watson 5'11" | 180 lbs | WR Sehome | 2025 State WA 5-10 180 25′ Sehome WA
Watson broke all types of records as a junior, catching 65 balls for 1,170 all-purpose yards and 13 TDs. The 1st team all-conference receiver is quick and smart with his body, running some of the most impressive routes in the region.
14. Cash Landau Cash Landau 6'4" | 230 lbs | WR Franklin | 2025 State OR 6-4 220 25′ Franklin OR
Landau might be more of a TE at the next level, while leading the state in multiple statistical categories this past year, with 15 TDs and 831 yards receiving during the regular season. He has great size and runs extremely well.
15. Oliver Luebkert Oliver Luebkert 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR Beaverton | 2026 State OR 6-1 165 26′ Beaverton OR
Just a phenomenal overall athlete. Luebkert earned 2nd team all-Metro honors for second season in a row, after a breakout freshman year. He is the X factor if the Beavers are going to compete.
