Norris recently landed his first D1 offer from the Pittsburgh Panthers as just a sophomore but is an easy candidate for tons of colleges to offer moving forward. He’s recently been invited to several offseason showcase games and camps for showing tons of promise as a lengthy speedster of a WR who developed great chemistry with his QB and ran all of his routes well on tape. He’s good changing directions and speeds, and Graham Kapowskin benefitted greatly from his athleticism and feel for the game to use it at the right times going deep or making a sideline catch by coming back. Norris’ name is gaining traction as he is discovered by colleges, media and scouts at once.

Norris is a smooth and savvy athlete with speed at WR. He’s got a well-built frame with length at 6’2” 180 lbs. Can stretch the field vertically with speed or use precise route running to attack the short/intermediate levels. Does a good job finding the soft spot in coverage and creating a throwing lane. Comes hard off the ball and flashes excellent acceleration in his drive phase to eat up cushion and force the DB to flip his hips. Strong and confident hand catcher that extends and doesn’t allow the ball to get into his body. He’s elusive in space and can turn short passes into long gains after the catch. First offered by Pittsburgh last December but has been getting a lot of PAC12 attention and will see his recruiting stock on the rise as he develops.
