Connor Darby | Prep Redzone Scout
No player on this list will be more challenging to replace for their team, as Landau was a true difference-maker for the Lightning. Any time you have a D1 kid graduate, replacing them is difficult, but Landau was indeed in a league of his own at Franklin.

Washington State did what their neighbors, the Huskies, did: sign two Oregon TEs. The first one is Cash, who played wide receiver at Franklin, which tells you what kind of athlete he is. Cash had been committed to Idaho for a while and flipped on signing day to play Pac-12 football for the Cougars.

We will start the list here with the Idaho TE commit. Cash is one of the top TE prospects in Oregon and a considerable talent to come out of the PIL through Franklin High School. Their best season was a year ago when an impressive senior class and the young Cash were able to put in some crazy offensive numbers and lead the Lightning to the playoffs. Unfortunately, with that senior class gone, they could not repeat their success and missed out on both playoff brackets, finishing with a record of 2-7. Cash can say he stayed loyal and will now shift his attention to getting ready for Idaho football!

Cash is a fascinating young player who had an incredible season for Franklin. Cash has the size and athleticism to get any college in the country excited, and his stats should only boost that excitement as he finished the season with 1,108 receiving yards and 17 receiving touchdowns. He is a WR and TE hybrid, but with his size and a frame that should add muscle well, TE is the position I could see big-time programs more willing to offer. I am so excited to watch his senior year and see how his recruiting pans out.
