Although Chester’s Jerrell Palmer Jerrell Palmer 5’9″ | 205 lbs | LB Chester | 2026 State PA might not fit the Division One linebacker mold, It’s hard to watch his tape and deny him his flowers. We can’t turn a blind eye to 156 total tackles registered, that’s one hell of a number even if it’s a bit inflated. Tack on four sacks from his backer alignment, along with an interception, you’ve got yet another Chester 2026 inside the Top 100. Palmer will likely station in the front seven at the next level, but if you want a glimpse at the type of athlete Palmer is, check out his first rep where he catches a TE screen that goes the distance, 70+ yards. A phenomenal gap shooter whose feel for the flow of traffic is on par with some of the class’s best. Brings all of his pads with each tackle. A tone settor, high-energy player who doesn’t mind telling you how good he is. Often aligned as an ILB aligned head up over either guard. Can likely play any LB position in this defense. A heat-seeking missile, snap the ball and this kid is off into your backfield. Great prospect.

Debuted as a top ten back in his class, narrowly missed the Top 100 by three spots. Boasts an awesome stride, bit tall off the handoff but this kid can eat up yards if given a crease. Said stride can open up to turn first downs into touchdowns. Great build, thick thighs that can brush off low-effort tackles beneath the waist. Often aligns in single-back/split-back shotgun formations, often with pulling OL sealing off holes in front of him. Has a ridiculous one-hand catch after running a wheel on a backer, his tape pops a bit with spectacular plays like this one. Based on how infrequently he gets caught from behind, I imagine Anderson is likely to test well in a camp setting. An almost perfect blend of acceleration skills, toughness, size, hands, and conditioning. There’s a lot to like here. I could see him finishing as a top-five back in his class.

What a debut for Avonworth’s Peter Bonnet Peter Bonnet 6’5″ | 270 lbs | OL Avonworth | 2026 State PA . A skyrocket up our board from unranked to top 100 in a single update. His tape and personal grade have him projecting to the FBS level, we’ll see how right or wrong that evaluation is in time. For the time being, I’ll continue to send his name to coaches at the P5/G5 level who recruit the WPIAL area. Left tackle duties, great seeker of his assignment on the go, latches on, and shows off a ton of lower body strength underneath his feet. Hips that can absorb free-runs from linebackers, hips that can absorb and disperse power throughout his lower back and into his legs. Wins with the entirety of his build, isn’t just a puncher or anchor. Has both run blocking and pass-pro sets on tape. His rep at the 43-second mark displays his ability to run downfield, as well as work the second/third levels if need be. This isn’t a particularly stiff tackle, he might surprise some in a camp setting. Good finisher. I do wish his tape was a bit longer, just two minutes of good production. Two minutes is often all a coach needs, however.

Lands five spots ahead of Avonworth’s Peter Bonnet Peter Bonnet 6’5″ | 270 lbs | OL Avonworth | 2026 State PA . First rep on tape shows off an exemplary kick-slide that gets Miller in front of a would-be pass rusher. Phenomenal feet and hand placement at the point of contact. Awesome grip strength, often seen striking chest plates without much sliding going on. NG reps on tape are a plus. A tone-setter at the position, this kid has a mean streak to him, bit of an attitude and it shows during the second half of reps. Great understanding of base width while on the move, doesn’t get sloppy in space, he can keep his base and bent back even when working to the LB level. Great shoulder torque to steer defenders away from desired hole/area. Like him even more after rewatching his tape for a third time. Will be tough to keep out of top ten in the future, needs a big bump in terms of exposure. Hopefully, I can lend a hand. A crop of coaches will certainly like him at IDL too, which would make sense if he isn’t a true 6’4.

Susquehanna’s Yendor Mack Yendor Mack 6’3″ | 260 lbs | OL Susquehanna Township | 2026 State PA outpaces both Miller and Bonnet in terms of rank, that’s tough to do. A swing tackle who can play both sides of the line, primaries as a run blocker, however. I usually value tackles who can provide a bit of both ends of the spectrum, yet I cannot deny this young man’s overt power on tape. A mauler, a ton of displacement found in each rep, witnessed driving kids 15/20 yards off the ball. The motor is top-tier, the tenacity is prevalent. Pancake after pancake, is an off-the-snap jolter who quickly get kids out of position early in reps. You’re going to need to win with speed and try to limit your body surface area attempting to win against this kid, if he lands his punches and gets a hold of your numbers, you’re going to taste dirt. Would love to see how he works at IDL. Not to much baby fat on screen either, looks like a good/muscular 255/260. Love this kid’s game.
