had one of the most impressive plays you’ve ever seen for a High School player Friday night. Down 16-8 with 28 seconds left, he returned a punt for a 94-yard touchdown. Then he scored the 2-point conversion to send it to overtime. Then scored the game-winning touchdown in overtime when he caught a 10-yard pass. Incredible sequence of events for Anderson. Anderson is a College Football prospect who is having a strong senior season for York High.
I wanna thank my coaches and teammates for fighting hard and winning in overtime not giving up, : 355 all purpose yards, 169 rushing yards, 3TD’s, and game winning touchdown in OT‼️.@CoachCregger @RussellStoner24 @CoachMattGrz @coachCPowell2 @coachCPowell2 @MaxPreps @AFL_YorkPA pic.twitter.com/3ROKTLMHxQ

is one of the best running backs in the 2026 class. His quickness, burst, and speed are some of the best I have seen from a running back. He continues to rack up offers from colleges as they recognize his skills as a player. His most recent offers were the University of California of Pennsylvania, and Maine. He should continue to pick up offers and have plenty of options when he decides to pick a college to play football at.

is a good athlete who I think could play wide receiver, running back, or linebacker in college. Anderson had a good year for York High, but at times he was slowed because his offensive line struggled to block up-front. When he got an opening, he took advantage of it and made plays for his team. He has great lateral quickness, and he uses that to hit the hole and make defenders miss in space. Anderson also has good hands and catches the ball well out of the backfield. Anderson is the complete package as a skilled kid, and he has multiple Division One offers to show for it.
I had an amazing time at @CuseFootball acuse vs @HokiesFB game. The energy was crazy, it went to OT and Syracuse Came out on top 38 – 31 🙌🏾.@FranBrownCuse @CoachDRedd @CoachEMarcCuse @RossDoug21 @RussellStoner24 @CoachCregger @JrLequint @coachCPowell2 @AFL_YorkPA pic.twitter.com/t8tRWxl3gX

had a productive game running the ball for York High. Not a ton of opening lanes, but Anderson ran hard and got what he could. He didn’t have any long runs, but tons of runs constantly where he gained extra yards for his team. You can clearly see from the game why Syracuse offered him. Anderson showed all night that he is a legit running back, and it skies the limit for him.

exploded onto the scene last year as a running back for William Penn. He had a great sophomore year and his recruitment has started to pick up with some early college football offers. Anderson has the elite tools of a running back. He is elusive and hard to bring down. He also has elite speed. He should pick up playing defense as well this year. Below is what my colleague

after he announced his break into FBS recruiting circles, with Kent State offering the top-ten 2026 running back. Anderson recently (May 31st) announced another scholarship opportunity headed his way, this time out of nearby Saint Francis University. I think Anderson has Power Four potential, it’s worth noting the 2026 back recently came back from Happy Valley post-camping at Penn State. Something to keep an eye on moving forward”.

played running back for William Penn High School last year. He has a physical running style that is hard to bring down. He just runs through contact. He is elusive and hard to bring down in space. He just makes defenders miss with the different moves he has in the open field. Anderson also has legit speed and he just runs by defenders. The other big part of his game is he can catch the ball well. He is really good outside of the backfield catching the ball. Anderson has already received his 1st Division One offer from Kent State. I expect more to come his way.

Jr. is a no-brainer type of prospect. Ranked inside the top ten at his position, Anderson is in line to see extended love from MAC programs coming through the program this month. I’m a believer that Anderson could/should see Power Four love, ACC, BIG10. The offers from premier programs will stack if his testing numbers are legit, which I have an inclination they all are (9’7 BJ, 4.4 40).

Debuted as a top ten back in his class, narrowly missed the Top 100 by three spots. Boasts an awesome stride, bit tall off the handoff but this kid can eat up yards if given a crease. Said stride can open up to turn first downs into touchdowns. Great build, thick thighs that can brush off low-effort tackles beneath the waist. Often aligns in single-back/split-back shotgun formations, often with pulling OL sealing off holes in front of him. Has a ridiculous one-hand catch after running a wheel on a backer, his tape pops a bit with spectacular plays like this one. Based on how infrequently he gets caught from behind, I imagine Anderson is likely to test well in a camp setting. An almost perfect blend of acceleration skills, toughness, size, hands, and conditioning. There’s a lot to like here. I could see him finishing as a top-five back in his class.
