– Davis (6’5″ 245) has elevated himself to the number two spot in the 2026 rankings with his play and potential he showed during the 2023 season. The former QB made the transition to full-time defensive lineman as a freshman and started on varsity this past year as a sophomore. Colleges quickly took notice of the rising defenders promise and his first offer came from Kansas State at the end of October. Since then offers have followed from Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Kent State, Kentucky, Louisville and Penn State. Titan is still learning, but has a great motor and is athletic to go with his size and physical play. He has a good first step and explosion and plays to the whistle. He’ll only get better over the next couple of years as he continues to develop strength and skill wise. He had 34 tackles and 5 sacks as part of a defensive line loaded with D1 players.

The 2026 class has some impressive skill players, and especially running backs to watch for. The (6’0″ 195) Boyd is among the best in an impressive class, and a top 10 overall player. Keyshawn runs with power and speed. He has good vision, quick feet and is physical with his running style, but has the ability to break long runs to score, which is how he showed out in 2023 rushing for over 2,200 yards and 34 touchdowns, while setting schools records for most yards, touchdowns and points scored in a season, along with longest touchdown run (99 yards). QB Parkway West
– A name to watch for who saw limited playing time his sophomore season but who is already on several D1 colleges radars is the (6’3″ 185) Ottensmeyer, with schools such as Arkansas and Colorado having in for game day visits during the season. Brett is a good athlete who has put in the time training to elevate his skills. He has a very strong arm and quick release with good velocity and accuracy on his passes. His technique is good and he has gotten some good work playing with Boom Midwest 7v7 over the past couple of years. He gets his opportunity to show what he can do in 2024.

– I had the opportunity to see Taylor (6’0″ 170) in the offseason in action at the Elite Combine and the QB Showcase display his overall receiving abilities and athleticism that would ultimately show up on the football field for his Panthers his sophomore year. Taylor has good size, is very quick, runs good routes, and can make plays after the catch. He’s fast, can make the difficult catch, and is tough as a receiver and blocker. Chance caught 62 passes for 805 yards and 4 touchdowns this past season. Colleges such as Kansas and Kansas State have already taken notice of his potential

– It’s a good class of defensive linemen in 2026, and Peterson (6’4″ 255) is among the best on the rise with that group. Ben had a monster sophomore season recording 62 tackles, with 13 sacks, 19 tackles for loss and 3 fumble recoveries. He has a great motor, good get off from the snap, and really battles and like to play physically and with a mean streak. He has good strength, runs well and is a good athlete who also plays lacrosse.

– Another impressive running back who had a great season carrying the ball until he was injured was the (6’0″ 185) Harrell, who rushed for over 1,000 yards and averaged over 9,5 yards per carry. Carter is a combination of size, speed, strength and quickness. He uses his good vision, quick feet and stop/start acceleration ability to his advantage and pick up rushing yards. He also blocks well and catches the ball well out of the backfield. He’s a player to watch this offseason.
