The Class of 2025 is following in the footsteps of the Class of 2024. 2024 is the best I have seen when it comes to talent coming out of WI. 2025 is looking like it is doing it’s best to give that Class a run for it’s money already. Among the group of juniors are several athletes who I believe will see their recruitment take a big jump this offseason. Athletes who will impress when they get on campuses for visits with their size, and the film will only further support them. Do not be surprised when high level offers start rolling in for these student athletes. Let’s dive into the tape.
The time has come for Oconomowoc’s Emmett Bork Emmett Bork 6’6″ | 235 lbs | TE Oconomowoc | 2025 State WI to see his recruitment take off. It was clear the high ceiling was there since he was a 6’5″ 215 lbs sophomore. Now Emmett checks in at 6’6″ and a strong 230 lbs. Seeing him at the PRZ WI Winter Showcase made me even more excited because he carries the weight so well, and has retained all his athleticism while growing and filling out. The ’25 TE looks the part of a D1 TE, and the tape backs it up. In the Raccoons offense you see Bork split out wide, and that experience has helped him grow as a receiving threat. He is learning to use his strength to get off the line, the speed is there to stretch the field and stack CBs on deep passes. His body control and ability to adjust to the ball in flight is special for a kid his size. Emmett also possesses reliable hands that are soft, but strong when making the catches through contact. The junior will go up and get it too. Emmett is turning into the receiving mismatch nightmare that we have been anticipating. Coaches, check out the tape below and get him on campus to get a look at the impressive athlete in person.
I have your 2025 breakout athlete right here. We have Pierce currently ranked as a DL because that is where he has been playing up until 2023. The highlights are now showing him at OL, and the potential is hard to ignore. First and foremost, the massive 6’6” 265 lbs OT has the frame to continue to build on, and the long arms needed to dominate on the edge at the next level. Weber is blessed with athleticism that allows him to be light on his feet, change direction, and close quickly in the run game. The junior also possesses the hands of a heavyweight boxer. His initial punch has proven to be destructive, and he can clamp those hands onto his DL and control him to the whistle. The technical side of his game needs plenty of work this offseason, but the size, strength, and athleticism are hard combos to find, and the Greendale OT looks like he has it.

A big year looks like it is loading for junior WR Cooper White Cooper White 6’0″ | 185 lbs | WR Sun Prairie East | 2025 State WI of Sun Prairie East. Before we get to that, the junior could be in line to turn a lot of heads this offseason, and especially during summer camps. Cooper capitalized on his targets and turned in a ridiculous 20+ yards per reception average. The 6′ 180 lbs WR has an athletic profile that is going to leave a lot of CBs turning in circles looking for him. Cooper has excellent body control and quick twitch agility. He can start/stop and cut on a dime when his route requires it. His acceleration out of breaks happens so quickly, opening up a lot of separation from DBs. Also, White has long speed to beat pursuit angles in the open field, and has the elusive wiggle to make DBs miss in the open field. Turn on the tape this offseason, and get your camp invites out to the rising WR mismatch out of SP East.

The 6’2″ 190 lbs junior ATH is one of those superior athletes who stands out from the crowd so much with his natural gifts that he is able to dominant however coaches want to use him at the HS level. On offense, Jerzy thrives as a dual threat QB. The arm talent surpsries for an athlete who may fit even better on the defensive side of the ball. Brocker can rip the ball downfield or into tight windows and has impressive control over the placement of his passes. As a runner, Jerzy is a strong, physical runner with the speed to turn any carry into a TD. On defense, Jerzy’s power and athleticism again jump off the tape. He can cover ground and will drop the hammer on ball carriers every time he gets the chance. The junior has the range to cover a deep portion of the field. He also has shown he can play in traffic and get to the ball while fighting off blocks. We see him in the slot a solid amount too. His agility allows him to jump routes while playing man on slot receivers, and the hands are there to create turnovers. I’m excited for Jerzy’s year ahead.
A quickly rising stand up edge rusher is Xavier’s Carter Appl Carter Appl 6’3″ | 210 lbs | LB Xavier | 2025 State WI . The 6’3″ 195 lbs junior is a long, lean athlete who has a great frame to work on filling out. Carter has solid length on his frame, and the junior uses it to create separation while running the loop to the QB. Carter has next level balance and body control. Pair that with his flexibility and you get several highlights where you see him dip underneath and play at impressive angles to beat OTs. You will also see him make impressive 90 degree cuts to get to the QB on the most efficient path. Carter also has a solid base of strength that he uses to drive OTs off the ball. When needed, Appl also has the range to make the high motor, chase down play. Xavier has produced a few next level defenders as of late. Appl is the next one to know.

We end with a monster in the Muskego trenches. The junior DL has experience all along the DL, and his budding 6’4″ 235 lbs frame could grow and fit into several roles in the trenches. Outside is where he looks most natural. Shaw is an overpowering prospect who has shown he can win with pure, running right through linemen on the way to the QB. However, Liam has also shown that he is developing the technique of the DE position. He uses his hands consistently, even when bull rushing, to create separation. Once he gets that separation, Shaw has developed a few hand fighting moves to clear the hands of the OT. The junior has the burst and agility to get around and to the heels of the OT once he gets the hands off him. I love the mentality and tenacity that Liam plays with too. He seems to have a plan, and executes it with violence. This is a quickly rising DE prospect to get to know.
