These talented playmakers took their performance to another level this week and have pushed their recruiting stocks further while helping their team during the playoffs.
rnAt the top of my list of notable performers is Dominic Reed Dominic Reed 6’0″ | 195 lbs | ATH Centennial | 2024 State TN , a defensive back at Centennial High School. Reed and the Cougars earned a 27-15 victory over Columbia Central this past week. What I like about Reed is his outstanding versatility and playmaking ability on both sides of the ball. Reed impresses me on the ground with his electric speed and ability to quickly blast past the defense along the edge. On the other side, Reed stands out with his physicality down the stretch, quickly positioning himself in the backfield for interceptions and tackles.

rnI am additionally impressed with Price Davis Price Davis 6’0″ | 195 lbs | RB Maryville | 2025 State TN , a running back at Maryville High School. Davis and the Red Rebels picked up a 42-16 blowout win over Science Hill last week. Davis impresses me with his size and overall explosiveness in the pocket, proving he can find openings in the defensive line and use the edge to blast into the backfield. Davis also stands out with his footwork, ability to dodge and weave the defense and his unpredictable playstyle. Davis also showcased his catching ability down the stretch, hauling in a crucial touchdown pass last week.

rnClaiming the number three spot on my list is Ace Meadows Ace Meadows 6’7″ | 300 lbs | OL Peabody | 2024 State TN , an offensive lineman at Peabody High School. Meadows and the Golden Tide are coming off a 28-24 win over Loretto last week. With excellent size and strength, Meadows has proven his disruptiveness at the line, stunning the defense with his ability to push back, absorb pressure and contain defensive playmakers. I’m additionally fond of how Meadows utilizes his physical edge to knock the defense to the ground, helping to prolong the play and protect his quarterback.

rnAnother skilled prospect to keep an eye on is Ethan Cunningham Ethan Cunningham 5’9″ | 180 lbs | RB Page | 2024 TN , a running back at Page High School. Cunningham and the Patriots collected a 50-14 rout of Franklin County this past week. What makes Cunningham so impactful on the ground is his ability to find running room and stay on his feet under pressure, proving his ability to pull away from tackles. In addition to pushing the defense around in the pocket to find openings, I like how Cunningham can pick up speed and use the edge to be unstoppable once he reaches the backfield.

rnComing in at number five on my list is Brandon Goliday Brandon Goliday 5’11” | 160 lbs | WR Antioch | 2026 TN , a wide receiver at Antioch High School. Goliday and the Bears fell short 38-29 to Summit during playoff action this past week. Goliday makes a big difference with his awareness and relentless toughness in coverage, proving he can haul in challenging passes in the backfield despite heavy resistance from the defense. Goliday’s quick execution and strong footwork also impresses, showing off his ability to make quick catches and maneuver the field to put the offense in prime field position.

rnAlso worth mentioning is Jamarcus Watkins Jamarcus Watkins 5’10” | 165 lbs | DB Clarksville | 2026 TN , a defensive back at Clarksville High School. Watkins and the Wildcats were unable to escape Collierville last week, falling short 23-22. Watkins makes a difference with his ability to protect the backfield, using his quickness to make commanding stops from along the edge. Watkins also makes his presence known in coverage, proving he can come in from behind receivers to disrupt passing and make quick stops. Another aspect of Watkins that impresses is his ability to hit receivers hard and force the ball out.
