<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong> </strong>Changing things up to make up for some of the time missed over the last few weeks. First off a recap of Week 5. <strong>Omaha North @ Omaha Central </strong> was a thriller of a game. The Vikings controlled the first half of the game. The Vikings went up 13-0 at half. By the second half the Eagles woke up and caught up going on a 10-0 run in the third quarter. Sebastian Cicero had 8 completions for 135 yards along with 6 carries for 33 yards. Jaron Cannon lead on the ground with 69 yards on 19 carries and 2 touchdowns. [player_tooltip player_id='245820' first='Nolan' last='Venner'] lead the Vikings in tackles with 9 total tackles. The Eagles were lead by [player_tooltip player_id='487569' first='BJ' last='Newsome'] who threw 16 completions for 134 yards and 2 touchdowns. Along with BJ, [player_tooltip player_id='212374' first='Kylonn' last='Haynie'] who had 13 carries for 76 yards and even a sack. Dashawn Prince had a dominant performance at WR with 7 catches for 74 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Vikings would win 20-16 over the Eagles. <strong>Millard West @ South Sioux City</strong> This game between the Wildcats and the Cardinals. The Wildcats physically owned the entire game. Winning a 49-0 victory. The Wildcats had 190 passing yards and 224 rushing yards totaling to 414 total offensive yards. The final recap for Week 5 comes from <strong>Gross Catholic @ Ralston</strong> For the Rams [player_tooltip player_id='736418' first='Conner' last='Brown'] lead the offense with 124yards for 19 carries averaging 6.5 yards per carry, He also had 2 catches for 54 yards and a touchdown. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"> <strong>Grand Island Northwest Vs Hasting</strong> The Cardinals and Tigers are a similar match up against each other and the Week 6 game really showed that. The Vikings took a quick lead with a 16 to 14 point lead at halftime. The Vikings would give up the lead in the third before coming back and winning in the 4th. [player_tooltip player_id='846308' first='Camden' last='Jensen'] led the Vikings with an dominant performance with 20 passes for 227 yards, 13 carries 83 yards and 3 passing touchdowns. [player_tooltip player_id='846294' first='Chase' last='Wiegert'] led the Vikings with 6 catches for 115 yards and a touchdown as well. [player_tooltip player_id='1059101' first='Hayden' last='Atkins'] lead Northwest's defense with 12 tackles. The Tiger's QB [player_tooltip player_id='736407' first='Tucker' last='Synek'] had 22 completions for 201 yards and 2 touchdown passes. The Tigers also had two receivers with great receiving numbers with [player_tooltip player_id='736409' first='Keithen' last='Krings'] having 72 yards on 7 catches and a touchdown. along with that [player_tooltip player_id='1029598' first='Landon' last='Hinrichs'] had 9 catches for 108 yards. <strong>Kearney @ Grand Island</strong> This game between the Islanders and the Bearcats was a defensive battle through and through. Grand Island went up early going up 7-0 shutting out the Bear Cats for the First half. In the second quarter the Bearcats shut the Islanders out for the 10-7 win. The Bearcats were led by Eli Randloph 's explosive rushing attack with 9 carries for 107 yards, He also averaged 11.9 yards per carry along with a 73 yard rush. [player_tooltip player_id='250663' first='Karter' last='Lee'] also did well with 3 catches for 63 yards and a touchdown. Kearney's leaders on defense were [player_tooltip player_id='545268' first='Sawyer' last='Schilke'] who had 12 tackles 2 of which were TFLs. Along with him [player_tooltip player_id='169901' first='Zander' last='Reuling'] had 8 tackles and [player_tooltip player_id='704076' first='Baker' last='Bertrand'] had 9. For the Islanders [player_tooltip player_id='876586' first='Bode' last='Albers'] lead the defense with 13 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown he also had 1 carries for 45 yards. [player_tooltip player_id='1055706' first='Riley' last='Holling'] had a n amazing 6 catches for 95 yards and a receiving touchdown. On defense the Islanders were led by [player_tooltip player_id='407831' first='Reid' last='Kelly'] who had 10 total tackles and a TFL. Our final game for Week 6 comes from another close one between <strong>Gretna and Bellevue West</strong>. This game was another close battle with both teams scoring and being tied by halftime. After halftime Gretna would go up 6 before The T-Birds would come back and get the victory. Gretna came out swinging with a harsh rushing attack led by [player_tooltip player_id='340488' first='Isaiah' last='Weber'] who had 21 carries for 115 yards and a touchdown Isaiah also led the team in tackles with 9 and 3 TFLS. QB [player_tooltip player_id='559364' first='Alex' last='Wilcoxson'] also dominated having 15 carries for 89 yards, along with that he had 11 completions for 113 yards. [player_tooltip player_id='250320' first='Alex' last='Runge'] and [player_tooltip player_id='974032' first='Blake' last='Hawkins'] both had 7 tackles Hawkins had 2 TFLs and Runge had 1 TFL. The T-Birds fried the Dragons secondary throwing 23 completions for 311 yards and 2 touchdowns by Nebraska commit [player_tooltip player_id='169899' first='Daniel' last='Kaelin']. Receiver's [player_tooltip player_id='250689' first='Isaiah' last='McMorris'] has 7 catches for 119 yards and 2 touchdowns while [player_tooltip player_id='245871' first='Ben' last='Goodwater'] had 7 catches for 138 yards. Their defense was led by [player_tooltip player_id='250686' first='Asher' last='Jenkins'] who had 9 tackles and 3.5 TFLs along with him there was Conor Jesus who had 9 tackles as well and a .5 a TFL.</p>
