- impressive, desirable build
- 6’5, 250
- designated as a DL, tape starts off with Rayner blocking as an in-line TE.
- might not be a prototypical EDGE rusher, but he’s a hell of a gap controller at DE. Makes sense especially when kicked inside to align in B-gaps.
- Catholic Memorial’s OL unit is athletic, yet Rayner can be the extension to the OL that is athletic enough to be the lead and/or second-level blocker necessary to break open big runs for Dodd.
- seen running routes out of a three-point stance, is seasoned in this area which many TE prospects on our ranks can’t say they are.
- Powerful hands that don’t slide off of pads, can steer kids after they falter from his first punch.
- Most reps at ILTE

- formerly out of Wilkes-Barre HS (PA)
- ranked as a top 100 athlete every update when in PA.
- Secured a UConn offer from it’s previous staff, now holds a Bowling Green offer.
- New setting for a back and prospect that I’ve been paying attention to for some time.
- I won’t get into the dissection of his junior tape at WBHS, and I’ll wait to dissect his current tape at St. Thomas More once his full tape releases.
- I know for sure that Mekhi Nelson Mekhi Nelson 6’0″ | 190 lbs | ATH St. Thomas More | 2025 State New E has left a lasting impression on coaches at STM, considering the talent they see come in the door, that alone says a lot. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, nothing this young man does or accomplishes surprises me at this point.

- one of the many Deerfield Academy prospects represented on this list.
- holds offers from Maine and Army WP.
- Formerly out of Thornton Academy (ME) before reclassifying and transferring to DA.
- promising Javelin thrower.
- missed four weeks but still put forth a 9-minute Hudl tape.
- Tape starts with a kick returned for a TD, then gets into his abilities at DB.
- such a wide range of qualities True brings to the table, one rep he’s laying the wood covering the flat and making things difficult for pass-catchers in the open-field. Next rep he’s playing passing lanes and securing interceptions.
- He can fill the alley from his safety position, wouldn’t it put it past him to play any LB spot either.
- Tack on his ability to serve as a weapon on offense (10 TDs), as well as his production in the return game, you’ve got yourself a top-5 capable ATH.
- Only outside of top-5 because of play in the state of Maine.

- formerly out of Wilkes-Barre HS (PA)
- situation very similar to above-mentioned Mekhi Nelson Mekhi Nelson 6’0″ | 190 lbs | ATH St. Thomas More | 2025 State New E .
- Ranked as one of the best LBs in all of PA, withholding offers from Lafayette, Army WP, Colgate, Duquesne, Fordham, Richmond, Bowling Green.
- Like my above block on Nelson, I won’t get into any new analysis on Johnson until after the STM season ends.
- There aren’t too many LBs in New England that can say they have a better skillset and resume than Johnson’s. Excited to see if any prospect can knock Johnson out of the top five moving forward.
- t
- Expecting this kid to have 10+ FCS offers from the multitude of programs in the area.
- currently holds offers from Cornell, UPenn, Georgetown.
- Jumped 100+ spots to get to this rank.
- 3.7 GPA, always at Salisbury, just reclassified.
- a stonewall of a linebacker, brings his legs, pads, all of his power when shooting gaps and plugging holes.
- understands blocking schemes, can tell solely from how he attacks leverage, seemingly being in the right place at the moment a back receives a handoff.
- majority of Taylor’s reps showcase his prowess against the run. Knowing if he can cover curl/flat zones, knowing if he can potentially contribute as a pass rusher or DE would do wonders for his stock.
- worth noting he’s an impressive wrestler at that.
Highlights

- 6’1, 170 pounds, slight frame
- self-lists as a Hybrid WR, his tape doubles-down on that notion.
- some OLB/EDGE, slot DB reps from a prospect who likely projects as a wideout at the next level.
- Love that the coaching staff explores with Stitchell’s complete skill set. Unafraid to attack the flats in terms of run-support. Can get dirty in the trenches when aligned at the LOS.
- Has the body of a DB, so it only makes sense to station him at inside/outside slot against certain offensive sets. Provides value against wide or tight offensive schemes.
- should certainly be deemed an “ATH”. Yes, Stitchell might project to WR, yet his tape is primary filled with reps at LB and DB.
- Excited to take a peek into his reps this Fall once the season ends.
- t
- one of the better unoffered (FBS) juniors in all of New England.
- reclassified and transferred to Cheshire Academy in early August, formerly out of Hamden High.
- 6’0, 205 pounds, fully filled out frame that kids bounce off of on tape.
- big body provides a bigger stride than most backs, so he checks off the homerun-hitting box.
- works primarily out of gun sets, aligned behind or off -center of the quarterback.
- can score and produce running between the tackles or bouncing runs outside of tackles.
- is a threat to catch the ball out of the backfield.
- can double as a LB and provide substantial reps from this position, yet I like the kid at RB at both Cheshire Academy, as well as at the college level.
- Not necessarily a multi-cut guy, he’s a big pinball that wants to score as soon as he breaks past the first level of trash, the gear he hits when seeing green in front of him has him inside the top five at his position.
