Michael is big, strong, tough, and lays the lumber when tackling. He can get sideline to sideline, and will look to lead this talented team this fall.

- Expecting this kid to have 10+ FCS offers from the multitude of programs in the area.
- currently holds offers from Cornell, UPenn, Georgetown.
- Jumped 100+ spots to get to this rank.
- 3.7 GPA, always at Salisbury, just reclassified.
- a stonewall of a linebacker, brings his legs, pads, all of his power when shooting gaps and plugging holes.
- understands blocking schemes, can tell solely from how he attacks leverage, seemingly being in the right place at the moment a back receives a handoff.
- majority of Taylor’s reps showcase his prowess against the run. Knowing if he can cover curl/flat zones, knowing if he can potentially contribute as a pass rusher or DE would do wonders for his stock.
- worth noting he’s an impressive wrestler at that.

Michal Taylor He is ranked as the #4 linebacker in Connecticut and the #8 ranked linebacker in the New England region. He attends Hamden Hall in Connecticut.
He has very good lower body strength. He can easily move the pile. Has a great burst when he identifies run. He tackles with good security by using a wrap and roll technique. He can plug gaps quickly, with shoulders square and keeping good gap integrity. He mirrors the qb steps nicely and reacts quickly to pass situations.
He recently visited Cornell and SUNY Maritime. Should see some college interest pick up during the April 2023 spring evaluation period.

Ferocious, violent linebacker that serves as the Salisbury spark fuse on the defensive side of the football. Can man the middle of the defense, scan flow and traffic and diagnose the run as well as anyone in New England. Experience aligned strong side or weak side. Phenomenal first step / read step. There’s minimal hesitation in this kid’s game, I have no problem calling

‘s instincts top-tier. The lack of false steps out of his stance puts him a step ahead when stopping the run. Timely blitzer from any linebacker alignment. There’s a running back mentality to behold, this kid wastes no time hitting holes with a purpose. Absorbs contact from ball carriers squared up, he wins more times than not. That goes a long way in showing the drive and power he possesses in his legs. Great build that is often overlooked because of how aggressive his play style is. Little activity in recruiting which is odd.
