Rocco Koch Rocco Koch 6'2" | 185 lbs | ATH Curtis | 2024 State WA QB 24′ Curtis- The returning Conference POY put together an unreal performance, totaling 413 yards and 5 TD’s. He looked like a man amongst boys running the ball, carrying 28 times for 173 yards and 4 touchdowns. Curtis beat Sumner 38-33, which is a potential game changer for the program.
Antoine Lee Antoine Lee 5'10" | 195 lbs | RB Kentwood | 2025 State WA RB 25′ Kentwood- Probably the play of the night came via Lee who returned a punt 99 yards with less than a minute to go, to give Kentwood a 21-18 win over Peninsula. The talented Junior with multiple D1 offers (Arizona, Colorado), rushed 21 times for 148 yards (68 Yd Td) + a 2 point-conversion.
Keagan Howard Keagan Howard 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB Lake Stevens | 2025 State WA LB/TE 25′ Lake Stevens- Maybe the player of the game in the teams 35-32 win over Bellevue. Howard made 18 tackles with 2 tackles for loss, while catching 3 passes for 53 yards and a TD, from his TE spot.
Marquawn McCraney Marquawn McCraney 6'1" | 180 lbs | DB Highline | 2024 State WA ATH 24 Highline- McCraney and the Pirates came all the way back, dropping 23 points in a few minutes, before falling 45-38 to Kennedy Catholic. The 4* ATH had 3 TDs (62, 7 receptions) + a 4 Yard run.
Bode Gardner Bode Gardner 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Mt. Spokane | 2024 State WA WR/DB 24′ Mt Spokane- It’s early but Gardner is playing as well as anyone in the state over the first two weeks. On Friday the state track champ caught 3 passes for 121 yards and 2 Total TD’s, not counting two kick returns for touchdowns that were called back. In total he would have had over 300 all purpose without the penalties. Mt Spokane has looked good starting 2-0.
Gunnar Peterson RB 24′ Eastmont- The 5-9 180 pound back broke the all-time school record for rushing yards, carrying 27 times for 166, in the teams 21-14 win over Timberline. The Wildcats have two quality wins to start the season.
Damian Aalona Damian Aalona 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Yelm | 2024 State WA QB 24′ Yelm & Marius Aalona Marius Aalona 6'2" | 200 lbs | ATH Yelm | 2024 State WA 24′ ATH Yelm- As good as the nationally ranked LB’s are and the team in general, it will be because of the Aalona kids if Yelm is going to make another title run. Damian showed pinpoint accuracy hitting on 26/32 passes for 290 yards and 4 TDs, with brother Marius having a phenomenal night and catching 11 passes for 138 yards and 3 TDs, in the 62-34 win over Union.
Brayden Allen Brayden Allen 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Ridgeline | 2025 State WA ATH 25′ Ridgeline- One of the top two way threats in the state for the 2025 class, caught 10 passes for 137 yards and TD, while also playing stellar D and coming up with a clutch INT. That said as Mt. Spokane got by Allen and his guys 28-21.
Kolton Matson Kolton Matson 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Lake Stevens | 2025 State WA QB 25′ Lake Stevens- Matson has one of the fastest rising stocks in the state, hitting on 16 of 23 passes for 286 yards, and 5 total TD’s (4 passing). He was clutch in the 35-32 win over Bellevue. The big test will come in week 5 when they host #1 West Linn OR, who beat them by 40 last year.
Julius Leapai Julius Leapai 6'0" | 195 lbs | LB Newport | 2024 State WA LB 24′ Newport- One of the state’s statistical leaders over the last few seasons was lights out once again making 11 tackles, with 3 tackles for loss, and a sack. He helped his team move to 2-0, outscoring their opponents 93-10 over the first two weeks.
Daveon Superales Daveon Superales 5'11" | 175 lbs | QB Graham-Kapowsin | 2024 State WA QB 24′ Graham Kapowsin & Khristian Norris Khristian Norris 6'2" | 190 lbs | WR Graham-Kapowsin | 2025 State WA WR 24′ Graham Kapowsin- Superales had his way with Puyallup dicing up their D, while completing TDs to four different receivers in the 42-13 win. He finished 27/34 for 218 yards and 4 TDs. Norris caught 10 passes for 74 yards and a touchdown, with highly touted D1 recruits Noah Flores Noah Flores 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE Graham Kapowsin | 2025 State WA and Malachi Durant Malachi Durant 6'2" | 160 lbs | ATH Graham-Kapowsin | 2024 State WA scoring as well.
Ethan Kastner Ethan Kastner 5'11" | 175 lbs | QB Tumwater | 2024 State WA QB 24′ Tumwater- Efficiency was key here with Kastner going 10/10 with 2 TD’s in the 34-14 win over North Kitsap. Hitting on 100% of your passes is difficult regardless of the attempts.
Landen Barger Landen Barger 6'2" | 290 lbs | OL Yelm | 2024 State WA DT 24′ Yelm- Last season’s Conference D lineman of the year has been outstanding thus far. He added a sack and 2 tackles for loss in the teams win over Union.
Elijah Mcchristian WR 24′ Lakes / Tristan Baker Tristan Baker 6'1" | 185 lbs | ATH Lakes | 2026 State WA ATH 26′ Lakes / Legend Galeai Legend Galeai 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Lakes | 2026 State WA QB 26′ Lakes- The Lancers are young but super talented. QB Galeai started as a freshman and returns with that experience under his belt. He threw for 3 TDs with senior leader Mcchristian catching 6 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown. One of the state’s top 26’s Baker had 135 all-purpose yards and 2 TDs (35 rec, 66 rush) in the 34-17 win over River Ridge.
Sione Kaho Sione Kaho 6'2" | 190 lbs | QB Lincoln | 2027 WA QB 27′ Lincoln- Some people are calling Kaho one of the top freshman QB’s in the nation. The 6-2 190 pound 9th grader helped justify that status, going 15 of 17 for 141 yards and a TD. Not eye popping numbers but incredibly efficient against one of the top teams in Oregon, in the 17-14 loss to Tualatin.
