Carson Keach
Even when the Mustangs offense struggled, Keach was a bright spot. Even though he accounted for 2 receptions and 15 yards, the stats don’t tell the whole story. Keach was consistently finding voids in the zone, and giving it his all with Ponderosa losing. His athleticism was on full display, as he showcased good acceleration, footspeed, and change of direction. He’s a lengthy physical receiver who can adjust above and below his strike zone. He uses his physicality to fight after the catch.

Mervin is an interesting prospect. He is mainly used as a WR, but has had a majority of snaps at QB as a wildcat. He accounted for 3 receptions, 11 yards for 1 TD, and 3 rushes for 20 yards. Mervin has home run speed and makes defenders miss in open space. Good ball concentration, as he caught an overthrown ball and adjusted his feet to stay in bounds for the touchdown. As a QB, he has a fast release. Tight and accurate spiral, will make plays off script.
Weston Hoffschneider
