Three-minute tape as a junior displays quality reps at OLB and EDGE. Can rush and produce with his hand on or off the dirt. Slim build that keeps him athletic working against linemen that aren’t the best movers. Enough aggressiveness to be kicked inside with the beefier kids to work against IOL, despite his OLB build. Very raw in terms of pass-rush moves, especially early in reps. Would love for Kamara to expand on this part of his game, he’s athletic and has the feel for the position, coaches would like to see production and refinement next.
6’0, 200-pound quarterback prospect formerly out of Palumbo. Now at Lincoln with Khani Knight moving on. No tape on either Hudl, both Lincoln and Palumbo pages. Excited to see this kid get a fresh look, especially as a senior. He should get good looks as the program might see an uptick in collegiate eyes with Ziyyon Bredell Ziyyon Bredell 5’11” | 170 lbs | ATH Lincoln | 2025 State PA in the house. Has a Youtube video with updated film posted back in November. Big shoes to fill as Khani Knight was one of the best QB/ATHs the entire Pub had to offer. Smalley’s a good distributor, one willing to create passing lanes and rushing yards with his legs. A solid season this Fall will have Smalley back into the top 300-400 area.
Highlights
6’0, 170
4-minute tape on his Hudl. Here’s what I wrote about him back in March.rn
Opportune DB that is always in the mix. Three interceptions start his junior tape, you can see how natural he is with the football in open space. Good ball awareness both before the throw and after. Understands when and where to be from a safety perspective. His tape is littered with PBUs. Shows off some hitting later in the tape, some pass-catching reps too. Arguably a better receiver prospect than anything, he’s seen taking screens and underneath routes to the house. Corley has won his fair share of reps against bigger DBs too. A lot to like about his recent tape.
5’7, 134 pounds. Here’s what I wrote on Nate Rivera Nate Rivera WR Abraham Lincoln | 2024 State PA back in March.rn
Would probably rank Nate Rivera Nate Rivera WR Abraham Lincoln | 2024 State PA a couple of spots higher after rewatching his tape from this past Fall. Khani Knight found Nate Rivera Nate Rivera WR Abraham Lincoln | 2024 State PA NATERIVERAWRAbraham Lincoln | 2024#708STATEPA in red zone / goal-line situations on several occasions. Rivera eats up DB cushion quickly off the snap, solid release off the LOS. A slight frame that he needs to work on, said slight frame keeps him shifty in space. He keeps his feet underneath him when cutting, balanced for the most part.
6’0, 175-pound ATHrn
Bit of a hybrid defender. Has the build to be an effective run-stopper and even play the pass if need be. Most of his production comes in run support, sniffing out runs in the backfield before they can gain traction. He does so from a myriad of alignments. You can find Garvin setting the edge, you can find him manning the middle. 21 is a number to point out if you’re up against Lincoln’s defense. One of the more trustworthy tacklers that Lincoln is bringing back this year. He needs to be ranked.
5’9, 160, formerly out of Olney, transferred and reclassed to 2024.
Has a junior highlight tape on Hudl that is about 2 and a half minutes long. Hybrid prospect who can play downfield, in the box too. An experienced football player who always seems to be around the football and turnovers. Can serve as a box safety or LB. Good tackling tech, great angles taken to the ball carrier whether in the secondary or front-seven. One of the better additions to this team.
Roling Davis Roling Davis ATH State PA

Not getting this kid ranked was an oversight on my part if I’m honest.
13-minute tape conveying his skill set in the short game, as well as in the red zone. Bubbles screens, slants, crossers, expect Roling Davis Roling Davis ATH State PA to eat as an underneath zone-beating pass-catcher. Good number of chesters caught, yet he’s still reeling in contested catches. If Bredell is your number one offensive weapon, Davis will serve as the main recipient of offensive production if teams gameplan against Bredell hard. Can serve as a punt/kick returner too.
Quron Anderson Quron Anderson DL State PA

New name as I scoured Lincoln’s Hudl. 6’0, 230 pounds. Can argue he’s undersized for the tackle position but the kid can contribute reps at that position, specifically right tackle. Like his projection to the defensive side of the ball, possibly a 3-tech IDL. The same aggression he shows on defense, the motor and attitude, shows up when he gets his hands inside the plates of defenders when stationed at RT. Good motor to the football, runs to the BC and to the whistle.
6’0, measurables change often. 165. Track Sprinter, 3.0 GPA, 4.5 laser40 time, 11.2 100m

Here’s what I wrote on Bredell earlier in the year back when I was evaluating tape.rn
Another young wideout developing around Corley and Rivera. Bredell, the younger of the trio, might be the most explosive weapon at Lincoln’s disposal. I’d like to see more production before a ranking, yet I feel it’s on the way. Bredell also provides kick and punt return capabilities. Worth noting some of the measurables and numbers surrounding Bredell. He self-lists at 6’2, 180, a height/weight combination that would serve him well in the recruiting world. Tag on a potential 4.51 laser 40, you get the picture of the type of athlete we might have on our hands. Exciting future.
6’0, 160,
Not on the current Lincoln Hudl, still claims Lincoln in bio. Displayed a promising freshman season, a lot of quality reps coming from his single-high safety position. Numerous picks from this spot. Can serve as an OTN corner. Can play pretty much any DB position so long as he’s playing Pub competition. Primaries as a DB, one who ranks relatively high, yet Jacobs can serve as a pass-catcher on offense if need be. So long as he continues to develop and not stay stagnant in the weight room and classroom, he could blossom into a real collegiate prospect.
This is a kid I’ll have my eye on moving forward. Not on Lincoln’s current Hudl, doesn’t claim Lincoln in bio. Not too active on Twitter to begin with. I’ll check in on Tatum when visiting Pub games this Fall.
