That's a big statement to make but when you turn on his film, you can see what I'm talking about as Gooden is a road grader with tremendous athleticism and mobility as well as that dog mentality in the trenches that goes far in the game of football. This guy is a mauler who bursts out of his stance quickly then punishes his opponent. Gooden can also work the finesse game as well meaning he has lite, easy feet that could play some tackle if needed. The Mustangs rising junior has all the physical tools and traits you look for in an O-lineman, so you can see why just about every school in the country is in pursuit and why Gooden is the #1 ranked prospect at his position within our #TN2025 class.u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["219445"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eThe Red Raiders have been producing some high level offensive linemen over the past few years and Bryson looks like the next one in line. This 6 '4 athletic and versatile big man played a key role across the Baylor O-line last year during their run to the D2-Class AAA state championship and now this Fall, Bryson will step into a lead role as the Red Raiders' possible left tackle. He sports the lower base agility and bend to handle the rush on the outside but also has a versatile skill set to play guard or center as well. As we head into the new football season, Bryson has yet to see his recruitment take off but he has plenty of interest from Power Five, D1 programs. Coaches are just waiting to see new film before they extend offers and I think they will come quickly this Fall as Bryson is too talented to look past much longer.u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":2,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64bfd32b26d72"} /-->

https://twitter.com/JimmyBryson6/status/1653734192499367936?s=20

https://twitter.com/Ottovanrensburg/status/1668005496324780036?s=20

https://twitter.com/TakhyianWhitset/status/1669129116895920128?s=20

https://twitter.com/kasenlangley_/status/1576974580761362432?s=20

https://twitter.com/JuddTaylorr/status/1682554539617005568?s=20

Watch List ….

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='219352' first='Bryson' last='Daugherty'] - Lenoir City: Daugherty is a big dude with a nice frame for added weight that has experience playing center but provides enough size to handle multiple roles, mainly either offensive guard positions.

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='333373' first='Andrew' last='Gilbert'] - East Hamilton: A true interior O-line prospect with versatility, Gilbert has a chance this Fall to establish himself as one of the best at his position from the greater Chattanooga area but also boost his stock into a legitimate college prospect.

(T/G) [player_tooltip player_id='808035' first='A.J.' last='Johnson'] - Page: This rising junior might be the best athlete on the Page O-line and that's a strong statement with a current Clemson commit in the trenches for the Pats. Johnson is still developing but he sports excellent upside.

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='832834' first='Taysean' last='Johnson'] - Hardin Co.: Johnson is a raw but talented young man that has nice physical traits along with the upside to play several roles on the collegiate gridiron with continued development.

(T/G) [player_tooltip player_id='480894' first='Mason' last='Melgoza'] - Davidson Acad.: A massive young man who has developed nicely this off-season, Melgoza has shown the ability to move up the ranks this Fall and become a much sought after recruit.

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='491540' first='Sam' last='Roston'] - Brentwood: Broad shouldered with a nice bend seen on film, Roston is a developmental O-lineman that has the frame and position versatility to attract college attention.

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='361308' first='Mason' last='Smith'] - Coalfield: Even though Smith comes from the Class 1A level, this East TN talent can play and he is a mauler that enjoys contact. He also provides interior versatility along with the athleticism to possibly play center in college.

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='323141' first='Hayden' last='Warwick'] - Carter: A burly road grader with interior versatility, Warwick is a rockwall blocker that squares up well, showing nice feet and lower base mobility. A big junior year will boost this guy's stock into possible D1 status.

The O-line continues to be one of the best positions to find top talent in this state and our junior class appears just as good as years past w/ several guys destined for the college ranks.
