Below, we will breakdown some 2027 names to note going into the Fall and who will end up being the future stars across Arizona.
Highlights
Jones is going to continue developing into a elite receiver for Corona Del Sol and has already collected offers from both Arizona and Arizona State. He is a smooth route runner with exceptional hands and body control for his age, winning with both body positioning and attacking the ball in contested situations. He shows an explosive first step, can get off press coverage and has a diverse route tree at his disposal. He will be a highly recruited kid by the time his prep career is over and should have a good first season at the Varsity level for CDS.
Highlights
Sidney is another extremely talented young receiver that has already been offered by Arizona and should have multiple Pac-12 and other power five suitors through his high school career offering him. He has great length already and will only continue to grow with downfield speed and can get open vertically and make contested catches while getting in the blind spot of defenders. He is already a high IQ route runner that gets in and out of his breaks quickly and is able to create downfield seperation. Attending Desert Edge high school, he will be another key piece in their offense for the next four years.
Roberts is another elite level incoming Freshman that has had a very productive off-season and impressed at multiple stops this Spring and Summer. He can play out of the backfield or in the slot, and is a natural runner with good hands, eye discipline and short area quickness with a nice initial burst and open field speed. Able to make defenders miss in the hole, and force bad angles in the open field, he is a do it all player that has elite upside and will only continue to grow and develop into a multi power five offer kid. Roberts will be attending Basha high School this Fall and will look to make an immediate impact. He has already been offered by ASU and NAU.
