Among the six prospects highlighted, two have already secured Division I FCS scholarships. Often, coaches struggle to find and identify every recruit due to time constraints. However, fear not, for Hawk is here to save the day by providing you with a list of prospects to watch closely throughout the entire summer!

HAWK’S OPINION:
Nigut demonstrates explosiveness when he touches the football. As an underclassman, he served as a Swiss Army knife for EF and was utilized in various innovative ways. Nigut took reps at RB, slot WR, and wildcat QB, showing explosive, quick-twitched movements. His short-area speed and quickness are above average. As seen on his kick returns, he exhibits a notable burst when needed plus he’s elusive. Defensively, Nigut showcases solid footwork and toughness, mixed with impressive ball skills. With his talents and potential, Nigut is a promising prospect for the 2025 class. The dynamo slot will definitely be one of EF’s best weapons this year. He’s also one of the top centerfield baseball prospects in western Pa.
HAWK’S OPINION:
Stevenson is an athletic prospect with great potential for the next level. He’s a playmaker who consistently puts pressure on offenses. He’s a good blitzer, disrupting offenses from depth or off the edge. His fluidity dropping into zone coverage, mixed with his ball skills, gives him the ability to make interceptions. He’s a physical player with the ability to tackle in open space. His athleticism, combined with his ball-hawking ability, leads me to believe that he’s well-suited to play safety.
Xair is a consistent game changer who has college size, with another year for bulking. He’s athletic enough to play man coverage against #2 options and man free safety. Stevenson does a good job of tracking ball carriers in the flat, not letting them stretch a play for positive yards. Xair’s physicality and speed are built for special teams. He’s been getting the attention of multiple D1 programs but hasn’t been offered.
HAWK’S OPINION:
George is a physical prospect with multiple-position potential collegiately. He displays the ability to play MLB, DE, and OLB on film. His get-off is good, and he has good bend pass rushing off the edge. At MLB, he plays with good tempo and maintains a low pad level. He just moved back to Pittsburgh and will play for Coach Brian Tarrant at historic Woodland Hills High School. Hill played stiff competition in Riverdale, GA, and brings valuable in-game experience to the table. His strength is apparent in the way he plays off of blocks at the LB position. At DE, his strength allows him to lock out blockers and disengage properly at the point of attack. He’s mobile and athletic with good size at 6’2, 225 lbs. He’s a standout on special teams, blocking field goals and laying the wood on kickoff coverage. Due to his speed, versatility, and size, I believe Hill is a D1 prospect.
Highlights
HAWK’S OPINION:
Carson is a high-volume passer who exudes poise in the pocket. He’s able to make all the throws on every level, from deep, intermediate, and the quick game. The Lefty has a quick release and throws with good anticipation in general. His ball placement is good, especially on deep throws, putting the ball where only his receiver can get it. He’s athletic and does a good job of throwing on rollouts, as well as improvising while scrambling. He spreads the ball around and doesn’t lock onto one target when scanning. Carson has displayed improvement in arm strength and overall ability on the summer camp circuit so far. Heinle has been receiving D1 attention on the recruiting front but is unoffered.

HAWK’S OPINION:
Jayden is a versatile athlete with great size for the DB position. He’s patient in press coverage and does a great job of establishing peak positioning on fade routes. He’s skilled at moving within his body frame, which allows him to not overextend on his breaks. He displays good body control when transitioning on deep throws or breaking to the flat area. He’s an underrated commodity due to his 6’2, 175 lbs frame for the cornerback position. He plays with good bend at a low pad level, which is also unusual for a CB with his height. He’s an ideal CB for base cover 3 teams due to his size for contesting deep third throws. He’s physical in cover 2 and has the size to disrupt hole-shot throws in coverage. His man coverage skills, mixed with the ability to contest passes, is ideal for the D1 level. He also showed the physicality and football intelligence needed to play safety. Parker has an FCS offer from Robert Morris, but I think mid-major FBS schools need to evaluate him up close.
HAWK’S OPINION:
Naytel is a fluid athlete who exudes explosion on the field. He’s quick and has a sideline-to-sideline motor. His speed blitzing puts pressure on QBs in the pocket. Mitchell is an explosive tackler and reliable in open-field hitting situations. Naytel displays good hip movement when zone dropping into coverage. His athleticism aids him well in guarding seam routes and playing man coverage on slots and quick-twitched backs. He’s physical, plays well with his hands, and possesses lateral quickness when tracking ball carriers in run pursuit. His ball skills are evident when watching him catch and run at wide receiver. He has strong hands and a burst with the ball in hand. He runs good routes at wideout and displays elusiveness and vision when running the ball. So far, Mitchell has one FCS offer from Robert Morris, but that number should increase by summer’s end. I believe Mitchell has FBS potential, which makes him a steal at the FCS level.
