The majority of the prospects on this breakdown are guys that we already knew coming in. Guess is one that we did not and as soon as we saw Central going to work on the offensive side of the ball, we immediately noticed Guess and had to ask who that was because he was hard to miss. In the 6'4-6'5 range, Guess was a match-up nightmare at the tight end position or being flexed out to wide receiver. There were a few prospects on Friday evening that passed the eye test and with some work in the weight room, they can absolutely explode as prospects. Guess is one of those guys for us. We're interested to see what kind of momentum he can start building towards his recruitment and getting an opportunity to play at the next level.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["587268"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"We really like the Booker T Washington offensive line as a unit as we head into the summer and fall. They have to rebuild in some other areas but they have a leg up with their unit along the line of scrimmage. This was our first chance to see 2026 offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='587268' first='Brooks' last='Barron'] in person and he did not disappoint. At first he would line up at right tackle while 2024 star [player_tooltip player_id='289517' first='Darian' last='Melendez'] would line up at left tackle and that gave the Hornets two towers along the edges of their offensive line. But throughout the evening, Barron would get work at other positions and when he was lined up right next to Melendez at left guard, it was simply unfair for opponents as they tried to work against those behemoths. We were high on Barron in the state's 2026 class before Friday and after watching him in person, that opinion just got a little bit higher.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["334118"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"There were several quarterbacks that impressed on Friday, but we were very impressed with the play of Sapulpa 2024 QB [player_tooltip player_id='334118' first='Colton' last='Howard'] throughout the evening. That was no surprise as Howard has had a terrific offseason and he's continued his momentum that began last fall with the Chieftains. Howard's growth as a quarterback and as a leader of the Sapulpa offense over the last 12 months is noticeable and he had an excellent showing while we watched him with the Sapulpa offense. Now, it doesn't hurt that he has some very talented skill players joining him this fall and one of them will be broken down later on in this spotlight. Howard showcased a strong arm with accuracy and then an ability to improvise when he needed to so he could extend a play and hit one of those skill players down the field time after time.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["154216"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"As far as offensive line units go, Lincoln Christian was right there with Booker T Washington as the best of the bunch. And leading that Lincoln Christian offensive line at left tackle is 2024 lineman [player_tooltip player_id='154216' first='David' last='Smithwick'] as he goes into another year as a starter. The combination of Smithwick, along with [player_tooltip player_id='110744' first='Caden' last='Ricke'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1101274' first='Grayson' last='Swafford'] gives Lincoln one of the more experienced and talented offensive line units in Class 3A and in the state overall. On Friday evening, Smithwick was at his best when he was just powering forward and opening up running lanes. But at left tackle, he's going to be vital to protect quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='127357' first='Luke' last='Milligan']. Because while the Bulldogs are a balanced offense, they do lean to the passing game quite a bit. Smithwick was able to show that he can do both at a very high level and that's nothing new to us.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["846613"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Another new name from the Tulsa Public Schools district was 2025 defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='846613' first='Jhett' last='Brown'] from Edison. We knew about [player_tooltip player_id='633072' first='Corey' last='Rowland'] coming into the camp but Brown immediately stood out to us at the cornerback position. Similar to a few other prospects on this breakdown, Brown immediately passed the eye test and he did a really good job in man to man situations. After talking with a few coaches, they were very pleased with the work Brown has put in this offseason and he could be on the verge of breaking out in a big way this summer and fall. As more eyes are on Edison with the emerging star in Rowland, Brown will also benefit in playing in the same Edison secondary. That combination is going to be a real problem for Edison's opponents this season. He had an excellent camp showing on Friday evening.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["846614"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"When you talk about prospects that we didn't know much about coming into the camp, but were fired up to see in person, Will Rogers 2025 defensive end [player_tooltip player_id='846614' first='Josiah' last='Hammond'] might have topped that list. We've seen the clips on social media of Hammond absolutely dominating on the prospect camp circuit and providing a rare mix of size, athleticism and speed in 1 on 1 situations. So getting to see him up close with the pads on was something that we had circled. Hammond had to deal with double team after double team because in the few situations where he had a 1 on 1 opportunity, he absolutely exploited it and used a variety of pass-rushing moves to get into the backfield and cause problems for opposing offenses. From talking with several college staffs in attendance, Hammond might have been the best overall prospect on the field and he's just scratching the surface.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["633074"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"Right there with Hammond, Sapulpa 2024 standout [player_tooltip player_id='633074' first='Kylen' last='Edwards'] was one of the prospects we were fired up to watch in person on Friday. And one of the first plays we saw as we were walking on to the field was Edwards streaking to the end zone after burning his man and catching a touchdown. Edwards is an outstanding athlete and he showed that athleticism throughout the evening on both sides of the ball. We're looking forward to seeing more of him this summer and into the fall and we really like what the Chieftains bring back on offense. That QB-WR duo of Howard and Edwards is going to be one of the best duos in Class 5A this fall and while the district is going to be a gauntlet once again, we think that the Chieftains could end up making plenty of noise. Just like Hammond, Edwards lived up to the hype.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_7_player":["621291"],"_player_evaluations_7_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"We mentioned the strength of the Lincoln Christian offensive line and 2024 running back [player_tooltip player_id='621291' first='Moses' last='Fullingim'] is a player that is going to benefit directly from those guys returning. Fullingim got on our radar last fall as Lincoln's backup running back to [player_tooltip player_id='268323' first='John' last='Washington'] and was a standout along the front seven of the defense. With Washington graduating, Fullingim gets the opportunity to be the marquee back of the Lincoln Christian offense. And with him and quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='127357' first='Luke' last='Milligan'] returning, along with that experienced offensive line, the Bulldog offense should remain near the top of the scoring ranks in Class 3A. Fullingim is going to provide Lincoln Christian with a more traditional running back that can carry the ball 20-25 times a game and is a powerful runner. He showcased that power several times throughout the camp.","_player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":8,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6476570168ea6"} /-->
