4A Preseason 1st & 2nd Team All State Offense

As most know, all state selections are heavily dictated by team success. If your HS program is winning, you're much more likely to receive this type of recognition. This is NOT a recruitment-based list although many of the top recruits are listed as all state athletes. Have a look at the pre-season 1st & 2nd team all state picks as of right now, along with the leading candidates for 4A Washington Offensive POY honors.       Offensive POY Candidates (#1-3)         1.[player_tooltip player_id='693679' first='Peyton' last='Cunningham']6-1 180 ATH 25' North Creek   As good as he is on D, I could see Cunningham breaking records on offense. As a sophomore he went for 1000 yards and 9 TDs, showing special vision and awareness in the open field. Credit to Washington State on being the first to offer as many others will as well. If North Creek can win a playoff game or two, he could very well be your Player of the Year.   2.[player_tooltip player_id='115333' first='Beau' last='Phillips'] 5-10 190 RB 24' Mount Si    Phillips had a phenomenal junior season, earning all-conference honors at RB (1st team) , DB, and as a return man. He went for 1300 yards and 14 TDs, averaging 7.5 yards per carry. He might collegiately on D but will be one Washington's best on Offense.    3.[player_tooltip player_id='158338' first='Rocco' last='Koch'] 6-1 200 QB 24' Curtis    The returning Co-Conference POY played lights out all season as a junior, totaling 2600 yards of offense (1500 passing, 1100 rushing) and 30 TDs (21 passing, 9 rushing).
