Jabez is a top wide receiver in the state and plays alongside some of the best athletes in the state. He’s been on a tear this season, having 5 straight games with over 100 receiving yards each game. Woods has many Division 1 college looks, as he should, and should be getting some more looks coming his way. He is one of the most athletic players in the entire state, being able to make big time plays easily. During his week 8 performance, he had 10 catches for 171 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Woods is a new revelation as one of the top receivers in the state who I wasn’t familiar with previously. He returned a punt for a 45 yard touchdown and laid the hurt on a lengthy Hawaii defender as he descended on the end zone.IMG_5389rn

You can see his lateral ability flash as he finds a good angle within moments of catching the ball to beat the defense to the outside. He owns the gamebreaking speed and quickness to take the crease but invites contact at the end and punishes the high tackler. He’s quickly rising through the rankings and could be in the best overall WR conversation entering his Senior year.
