Continue ReadingI have my qualms over Colby Reph Colby Reph 6’1″ | 295 lbs | OL Northampton Area | 2024 State PA not being inside the top five at offensive line. It’s probably something I’d redo, yet the kids selected were certainly deserving. Post-camp awards aside, I cannot be more impressed by Colby Reph Colby Reph 6’1″ | 295 lbs | OL Northampton Area | 2024 State PA the athlete. A true 6’1, a true 290 pounds, both of those measurables confirmed after two camps. For an offensive lineman this physically imposing to register a sub 5.5 40 is impressive in itself. The only linemen running better are prospects weighing 30+ pounds less than Reph. No linemen registered an 8’0 broad jump, Reph crushed competition and posted a whopping 9’1 broad. I Can’t stress enough how impressed I am by the kid’s numbers. He’s no slouch on the field either. Stock rising.

I spoke a bit about how impressed I was with Cain both during the combine portion, as well as during the competitive parts of the camp. I second that notion again. Josh Cain Josh Cain 6’0″ | 180 lbs | WR Germantown Academy | 2026 State PA landed on the watchlist specifically because of a lack of tape. Among his 2026 classmates, he’s got a ton of wideout competition to be ranked beside. I can see him making a top-120 debut this coming update based on what I saw up close. I stress that nothing is more important than game tape, yet this young man is well on his way.

I had to let Frank Mullery Frank Mullery 6’0″ | 250 lbs | OL St. Joseph’s Prep | 2026 State PA know how proud I was of his performance on Saturday. Mullery’s ranking and is a leap, where I project the young man could be with further development at Malvern Prep. Much like many on this list, I hadn’t actually witnessed the young man perform under my scope. Mullery, one of the younger linemen at the camp, did more than hold his own. IOL 1v1 reps had me slowly adding him to the top five list, although he was narrowly beaten out. The baby-faced linemen is hardly a pushover inside. Fantastic initial hand placement off the snap allowed him to get the early edge on defenders. Mullery then showed off much more strength than I thought he possessed, often standing up defenders much larger than him. I gave the freshman top performer thoughts throughout 1v1s. I feel much better about his ranking now.

Another lineman prospect I could have easily made a case for to place inside the top five. I singled out some reps during 1v1s, that if he had won, I would have given him the final nod. Popeck still turned in a more than respectable performance. Love to see the weight room work Popeck has put in show itself on the field. Improving lower body strength had Popeck absorbing real blows from interior defensive linemen. I’ve seen enough to get him outside the 400 range as far as ranking goes.

Post-camp acknowledgment has evaded Jarrett Kern Jarrett Kern 6’1″ | 185 lbs | WR Susquehanna Township | 2026 State PA . That doesn’t mean I’m not liking what I’m seeing out of the young man. Based on his freshman production/tape, I firmly believe that Kern currently stands as a top wideout in his class. All he has done is further cement that notion after the last two camp performances. His first appearance was eye-opening. As I continue to familiarize myself with his game, the less and less I am impressed or surprised rather. He’s got a great initial build that has him listed at 6’0, 178 pounds as a freshman. Add on a 9’4 broad jump too. I want to catch a Susquehanna TWP game in the future.
Always a pleasure seeing Jerry Davis Jerry Davis 5’10” | 165 lbs | ATH Greensburg Central Catholic | 2026 State PA at our camps. Reminds me a ton of Ian Olsen Ian Olsen 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR IMG Academy | 2025 FL in the way he conducts himself in settings like this one. Always listening, always trying to improve his game. Davis is yet another freshman that has a ways to go in the sense of development that will lead to real roles on the field. Yet if I’m asked of Jerry Davis Jerry Davis 5’10” | 165 lbs | ATH Greensburg Central Catholic | 2026 State PA , I know he’s going to work his tail off to get to where he needs to be. Camp performance aside, that’s what will always stick with me at this point in his career. A real work ethic might be 10x more valuable than any other trait. That being said, I love Davis’ performance during on-air drills. Consistent hands, consistently getting to his spots.

Carter Ceppetelli Carter Ceppetelli 6’3″ | 200 lbs | DL Malvern Prep | 2025 PA ‘s rank might actually rise after this performance. Much like Colby Reph Colby Reph 6’1″ | 295 lbs | OL Northampton Area | 2024 State PA , I feel a bit guilty about this young man not receiving top performer honors. Let’s take a step back and realize that Carter Ceppetelli Carter Ceppetelli 6’3″ | 200 lbs | DL Malvern Prep | 2025 PA performed with the offensive linemen at this camp. I always speak on how versatile a prospect Ceppetelli is, he proved it in front of every college coach in attendance. 6’1, weighed in at 197 pounds, we know Cepetelli can perform at TE/DE if need be, he opted to block some of the best DL at the camp. Incredibly impressed with his performance here. Not too many kids opt to play out of position, let alone play OL against DL. Yet Ceppetelli did just that and performed out of his mind. Ceppetelli brought the same energy, juice, and angry temperament that I saw out of the 6’8 linemen present. A blocking tight end who stood up many would-be pass rushers as if he was a seasoned tackle. Ceppetelli has shown me enough to stamp him moving forward. I have stories to tell future colleges that ask me about the Malvern Prep athlete.

The only public league prospect to show up at our camp. As a former pub kid myself, I always appreciate Philly kids coming up to the camp to show what they can do. I know one thing, Aleem Mainor-Jettel Aleem Mainor-Jettel 5’8″ | DB Overbrook | 2024 State PA out of Overbrook HS certainly outplayed his rank. His performance, along with his All-Pub tape has to have him place a bit higher than 561 out of 800. I don’t have many Overbrook prospects on radar, yet I’ll remember his name when I go to Pub games this Fall.
