Another lineman prospect I could have easily made a case for to place inside the top five. I singled out some reps during 1v1s, that if he had won, I would have given him the final nod. Popeck still turned in a more than respectable performance. Love to see the weight room work Popeck has put in show itself on the field. Improving lower body strength had Popeck absorbing real blows from interior defensive linemen. I’ve seen enough to get him outside the 400 range as far as ranking goes.

Trevor Popeck, who I’ll be seeing in a couple of weeks, has dominated the classroom this semester. I’m becoming quite familiar with the young man both on and off the field, so seeing him post a 4.3 GPA and 95+’s across the board doesn’t surprise me in the least. The young man still deserves his flowers. AP Physics, ADV Trig, all proving to be a piece of cake. What’s even better, Popeck and his family have started their own nonprofit foundation, “The Trevor Popeck Foundation”, to help raise money for those in need of medical bill relief. The young man dives deeper into his story and cause below, I’ll let him share his message.
