One of the top five overall prospects from the #TN2024 class, LeBlanc is a big time pass catching threat on offense that will be playing his college next year at Ohio State University. This Red Raiders senior tight end brings a nice combination of athleticism, physicality and size to the football field along with the upside to take his talents beyond the college gridiron. LeBlanc burst onto the scene last year as a junior, becoming a top target for his quarterback while becoming a key force that helped lead the Red Raiders to a D2-Class AAA state title. This Canadian native has all the physical abilities and traits to become a starter early in his Buckeyes career while establishing himself as possibly one of the best tight ends inside the college game.

Coming out of the city of Memphis, Sisson is not only one of the best tight ends in the state but one of the best overall prospects from the West Tennessee region. Sporting nice size with a frame that can take on more weight, Sisson is a technique sound football player that does just about everything right, including the willingness to block on the line. The Dragons senior offensive talent can flex out into the slot and become a mismatch problem for opposing defenders as Sisson knows how to get open and use his size to break away. Many D1 schools have offered but those Power Five programs have been elusive, however Sisson is squarely on their radar and might soon break through that ceiling.

Ragsdale is one of the best under the radar tight end talents we have in our senior class and someone that could boost his stock even further after a strong summer, competing at college camps. This Nashville area prospect is possibly the best blocking tight end in this class but also someone that has tremendous pass catching upside as well. Ragsdale moves very well off the line, getting into open space and providing his quarterback with a strong target. Right now, Ragsdale is more of an intermediate threat but has the potential to be a vertical threat. His blocking is what stands out right now and what will force college coaches to offer this guy sooner than later.

Coming out of a small area from the West Tennessee region, Barham is a hidden gem with college level physical traits and abilities but currently sits without an offer and under the radar. Maybe a strong showing during college camp season will take this athletic pass catcher from out of the shadows and into the spotlight. Barham is a big, physically imposing guy that can catch and run like a receiver but translates best to the next level at tight end. This guy is one of the best in the state at contested catches, regardless of position with the ability to play in the slot or develop on the line. The Cougars senior prospect has the physical upside to become a good pass blocker in college. There are a lot of tools here to like about Barham and why I think this is a D1 talent waiting to be found.

Green immediately looks the part of a college guy the moment he steps on the field and he sports the upside to develop into a nice combo tight end on the next level with continued development. Currently ranking as the 5th best TE in the state, Green has all the physical tools to compete inside the college game but he sits underrated at the moment as more development must be done. The Eagles senior pass catcher is a big target to throw at who can run but consistency needs to be there along with more development with his explosion. Green has the potential to become a high end pass blocker due to his size and powerful upper body. Camp season will be key for this West Tennessee product and I think he will impress and earn those elusive college offers.

Pruitt had one of the more quietly productive season’s last year for all tight ends, producing over 800 yards receiving while becoming the top go-to target for his Bulldogs offense. What makes this West Tennessee product so interesting is his flexibility as a pass catcher. Pruitt lined up mainly outside at receiver most of the season but has the size of an H-Back, flex tight end on the collegiate level. His athleticism and versatility should be very appealing for college coaches looking for a guy that has the upside to be an in-line blocker but has the ability to line up anywhere within the offense. Pruitt is a sleeper prospect that I believe will turn some heads not just this summer at camps but in the Fall as well.

Next Five Tight Ends ….
Wesley Dabbs Wesley Dabbs 6'6" | 225 lbs | TE Briarcrest Christian | 2024 State TN – Briarcrest Christian (7th ranked TE): Dabbs is a big dude with loads of potential but still has more development to go before he maxes out on his abilities. Sporting great size and length, Dabbs brings a lot of great traits to the field that college coaches should like.
Eli Elkins Eli Elkins 6'4" | 230 lbs | TE Maryville | 2024 State TN – Maryville (8th ranked TE): The Rebels don’t spotlight their tight end’s as much but Elkins, who is little known at the moment, sports the size and athletic abilities to become a top target this year and boost his college recruitment.
Parker McClain Parker McClain 6'7" | 220 lbs | TE St. George's | 2024 State TN – St. Georges (9th ranked TE): Very tall (6’7) and long with a wide radius and large frame, McClain is an interesting talent that could develop and excel at either tight end or defensive end.
Andy Smith Andy Smith 6'4" | 210 lbs | TE Lipscomb Academy | 2024 TN – Lipscomb Acad. (10th ranked TE): Playing among many college level players, Smith has had to wait his turn to shine and this senior year may finally be his time. Having the size and athleticism, Smith could become a late riser in the recruiting game after a strong Fall season.
Chase McConnell Chase McConnell 6'5" | 215 lbs | TE Watertown | 2024 TN – Watertown (11th ranked TE): Tall & long with a nice frame for added weight, McConnell is a raw but talented big guy that has the upside to develop into a nice pass catching TE on the next level.
