2024 District 11 prospects to watch this summer

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>District 11 is consistently one of the better districts in Pennsylvania High School Football. While the district doesn't always create star-level players, it consistently produces high-quality prospects who will go on to have productive college careers with the chance of several prospects eventually finding their way to the NFL. That being said, it still does produce its fair share of star players as well. Names like Saquon Barkley and Jahan Dotson, but of course has also been the home of players like Ed McCaffery and NFL legends Andre Reed and Chuck Bednarik.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 2024 recruiting class within District 11 is a quality class, while it doesn't have a top-25 player, there are several players who will have the chance to develop themselves into potential FBS-level prospects this year with a few already there. There's no other way to put it about McDonald. There are simply very few 6-foot-8, 320-pound offensive tackles out there. Worried about him not moving at that size? Don't be. At 6-foot-8 and 320-pounds, McDonald moves quite well, he has some bend to his game and he has rather  quick feet. There are parts of his game that will need to be worked on and his size might be a bit of a hinderance in some areas but overall, there is a tremendous amount of upside when it comes to McDonald. Definitely believe his recruitment deserves to pick up in the upcoming months. A great athlete, Landino is a standout on both sides of the ball for the Hornets, also a great offensive tackle. That being said, his future is on the defensive side of the ball. He has a quick first step, shows good hand fighting skills and a good bend to his game. He has recently picked up offers from Army and Navy as well. He has a reported 40-yard dash of 4.52, a shuttle of 4.09 and a 100-meter dash time of 10.8. Defensively he had 37 tackles for a loss, 12 tackles for a loss and two sacks. Offensively, he posted 36 pancake blocks while not allowing a single sack. He also competes in weight lifting where he grabbed second place at the Powerlifting America High School National Championship earlier this month. His future is likely on the defensive side of the ball. McClean is a superb athlete with great speed. Good ball skills helped lead to five interceptions this season including one pick six. Good, strong tackler with 85 tackles last season. Can play down hill against the run as well. This past season he posted over 1,200 yards on the ground and over 400 through the air while posting 26 touchdowns. At just 5-foot-8, he probably doesn't get as many looks as he should be his athleticism, speed, elusiveness and production is four reasons he should be getting more looks and hopefully will this summer. He's a bulky 5-foot-8 at 182-pounds but also posses 4.5 speed and can squat/deadlift over 500 pounds. Quality size at 5-foot-11 and 215-pounds. Shows the ability to be an asset both against the run where and in pass coverage. Quality athleticism as well. Williams has desirable size at 6-foot-2 and 210-pounds. Keeps his eyes down field, shows an effortless motion at time, arm strength is solid and his touch on deep passes is impressive at times. Not overly fast but has good enough athleticism and the ability to make plays happen with his feet. There's quite a bit to like about Williams and his best football is surely ahead of him.
