Paul Kelly, DB, 2024 – I love watching this kid play. He is very good when the ball is in the air. He has good instincts in regard to his assignment relative to routes. He is patient in his backpedal and breaks quickly when he has too. He stays over the top of the deep routes and closes fast on the in breaking routes. He is a good tackler with a tenacious attitude. Going to be a good Senior football player.
Asher Ewing, OL, 2024 – Asher is fun to watch and gets after it. He plays Center intelligently. He has a fast snap and punch. He back blocks with proper hat placement and drive. He can drive block nose guards with aggression. He reaches the outside number quickly on reach blocks. He has good pass posture with a violent punch. He goes all out every play with a high motor.
Licking Heights
Reese Powell Reese Powell 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB Licking Heights | 2025 OH , Ath, 2025 – Reese is a baller and deserves offers. He is very athletic at many different positions. He plays RB, QB, WR, and SS. He can be utilized in multiple positions due to his athleticism. On defense he is a great tackler and closes on the outside run like lightning. He is not afraid to stick his nose in the box on inside run. He stays deeper than the deepest and plays the ball well in the air. He high points the contested balls and makes picks. He reads the QB well and adjusts to the routes. On offense he is very speedy in the open field and makes defenders miss. He is patient to the gaps with good burst. He gets into the open field and routinely hits his head on the goal post. Runs behind his pads. He has soft hands and good hips to get upfield.
Newark HS
Austin Rose, MLB/TE, 2025 – Austin is a great football player with a lot of upside. He is a multi sport star at Newark. On Defense he has the ability to dominate the game. He has good eye discipline and reads plays well. He gets after the blockers and escapes with proper leverage. He maintains his gaps and gets people ball carriers to the ground. He cancels the underneath routes quickly and can make plays. On offense he plays TE. He is a good blocker who punches violently and runs his feet. He runs the route tree and catches everything. He can score every time the ball is in his hands. Looking forward to seeing his development next season.
