An interior linemen that packs a punch, Nick Johnson Nick Johnson 6’2″ | 235 lbs | OL Marysville | 2024 OH has good size and possesses great physical tools to be a battering ram in the middle. Attending camps this offseason and gaining notoriety along the way, Johnson relishes contact to move bodies for his backs. Maintaining good technique, Johnson squares up defenders for maximum power to start working his legs to drive open holes. Johnson has the foot skills to work against linebackers and defensive backs without letting them evade with quickness. Invited to attend Navy’s football camp in June, Johnson has nowhere to go but up in our rankings with his work ethic.

Carnel Smith Jr. is a home run hitter at the quarterback position. Utilizing the speed of his receivers, Smith excels when he is pushing the ball down the field and challenging defensive backs. Tossing for more than 2,100 yards last season, Smith is a pocket passer that has his timing worked down to a science to deliver the ball to his receivers with separation. He has above-average arm strength from a junior to hit difficult deep outs and can deliver back-shoulder throws with touch. Smith performs well in the red zone and with a short field as well. Proficient in his short drops, Smith can fit a ball in tight windows and has a quick reaction time to find his man. His tape should be seen by all coaches as Smith is a Div. I talent.

Jack Koerper Jack Koerper 5’10” | 150 lbs | WR Columbian | 2024 OH is a quarterback’s best friend. Stepping in to play in the slot and play over the middle of the field, Koerper isn’t your prototypical slot receiver. Excelling in deep routes that challenge safeties, Koerper has speed to separate off defensive backs and burns linebackers that signup to try and cover him. A receiver that works well developing screens, Koerper has nice burst to punish defenses guessing. Koerper is shifty in space and can make defenders miss if they aren’t careful. In an offense with a gifted quarterback, Koerper is a different kind of weapon that is comfortable in the deep middle of field. Attending Ohio University’s camp in January, Koerper would be the perfect fit in the MAC to show off his skills and impress along the way.

A natural playmaker with a big arm and mobility to keep defenses guessing, Logan Lesch couldn’t be contained in his junior year. Putting in the work routinely in drills this off season, Lesch’s film tells the story of a gamer that makes defensive coordinators in his way lose sleep. Lesch throws an accurate long ball and his coaches love to call plays that highlight his arm. A mobile athlete, Lesch throws well on the run and can pull the ball down and make plays with his legs. While he threw for more than 3,100 yards, Lesch is a two-dimensional player defenses have to use a spy on as he ran for 641 yards this past season. His big year was more than enough to get interest from Toledo locally and as far Iowa State as a potential landing spot for college ball.

An aggressive interior lineman for a state championship offense, Marc Nave Marc Nave 6’5″ | 325 lbs | OL Toledo Central Catholic | 2024 State OH bullies defenders and doesn’t stop until he grinds them down. A multisport athlete, Nave has a motor that doesn’t stop. Primarily playing at right guard, Nave has fast feet for a lineman to make run plays develop faster and create biggest holes for his running backs. He handles quick defensive ends and bulky defensive linemen with his strength to lock in and drive. Nace keeps his head up and always finish plays to the whistle. Earning a three star rating as a junior, his 6’5 build has an offer from Ohio State high on his list, but as many as 18 schools have offered Nave with his decision still open headed into his senior year.
