He played a key role in Male's run to the 6A State Championship Game, anchoring the offensive line from the center position. Sowells is an absolute mauler in the run game, snapping the ball quickly and driving through his man. He finishes his blocks through the whistle, resulting in several pancake blocks. In pass protection, Sowells has shown the ability to pick up blitzes/stunts and keeps a strong base, not allowing for much penetration into the pocket. Sowells currently holds offers from Indiana State, Eastern Kentucky, and Louisville, and I expect more to come his way as he has the potential to play center at the Power 5 level when the time comes.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["735990"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='735990' first='Ben' last='Stotts'] is an offensive lineman that truly grabbed my attention this past season. He played a key role in CAL's 3A State Championship run, starting at right guard. Stotts is a very physical run blocker, exploding out of his stance and driving his man off the line of scrimmage. He is an aggressive finisher, resulting in several pancake blocks. Stotts has also shown the ability to get up to the second level and pick up blocks in open space. In pass protection, he has good footwork and keeps a strong base, not allowing for much penetration into the pocket. Ben currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky but I expect more to come his way soon as he is a Division I caliber offensive lineman.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["373822"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='373822' first='Dylan' last='Stewart'] is an offensive lineman that caught my attention this past off-season and continued to impress during the season. He is a force in the run game from the right tackle spot, showing the ability to explode out of his stance and drive his man off the line of scrimmage. Stewart is a physical blocker with an initial punch strong enough to knock an opposing defensive lineman off their feet. He also has shown the ability to pull from the tackle spot and pick up blocks in the open field as a lead blocker. Stewart currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber offensive tackle.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["331714"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='331714' first='Logan' last='Russell'] is an offensive lineman who recently jumped onto my radar following an impressive sophomore season. He is Ballard's starting left tackle and has proven to be a very reliable blocker in both the passing and running game. As a run blocker, he shows the ability to get to the second level and pick up blocks in open space. Wants he locks on to his defender, Russell does a great job of driving his feet through contact and finishing the block through the whistle. In pass protection, he shows great footwork which allows him to mirror pass rushers off the edge. He also does a good job of picking up stunts/blitzes and protecting his inside gap. Logan currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber offensive tackle.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["494109"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Rounding out our top five offensive linemen in the class of 2025 is Harlan's [player_tooltip player_id='494109' first='Hunter' last='Clem']. Clem is a strong, physical left tackle that is truly dominant in the run game. He explodes out of his stance and drives his man several yards down the field. Clem has also shown the ability to get to the second level and destroy any defender in his path. He has also shown the ability to pull from the tackle spot and serve as a lead blocker. Hunter hasn't received any official offers yet but he should be on the radar of more college programs as he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6425c01fd680d"} /-->
