There were few greater revelations than Jy’aire Walls Jy’aire Walls 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2025 PA ‘ performance at this event. My takeaway from his game had to be one of the more positive conclusions I could make out of any prospect I was watching for the first time. Kole Olszewski Kole Olszewski 5'11" | 175 lbs | QB Bishop Canevin | 2025 State PA was in the same boat, subsequently, Olszewski and Walls were two sophomore quarterbacks who recently dropped on our latest 2025 rankings update. They both put on a show, one that would have altered my thinking of the two. This was my first up-close glimpse of Walls. Legitimate 6’1, slight frame yet a moldable one that could fill out easily. Walls showed off real poise and decisiveness. Nothing deterred him, in an environment with plenty of “alphas” present, Walls was never too high after wins, and TDs, was also never too low after loses or incompletions. I can’t say after interceptions, he didn’t throw any in two days. I can also vouch for the young man’s competitiveness. Despite plenty of reps on 15U and 18U, Walls expressed frustration when he wasn’t in at quarterback for a series here or there. Consider his stock to be rising.
The best performance of any skill player Garfield deployed. This kid was everywhere. I actually remember his face and game from last year’s Pylon tournament where Burrell played DB for Evolve. Now, Burrell is all over both sides of the ball. Elite ball skills, elite with the ball in his hands and in space. Jonathan Burrell is a supreme athlete, he’s impressed me in consecutive camps. Although he’s still a watchlist player and has yet to be ranked on the site, I’ll remember how he was leaving kids grasping for air at 7v7s. Physical at DB, Burrell won’t let his tiny stature define him. Annoying and handsy when in phase and on the hip of wideouts. Good route recognition, that trait is developing because of work in settings like this one. Touchdowns were scored left and right. Interceptions were registered. Not too many prospects put together a better overall performance than 81.
Reshawn Gibson

The three prospects above all chipped in reliable, eye-opening performances. Gibson and Diggs were new names on my radar going in. Seeing Diggs work on offense, beating defenses underneath on numerous occasions, was great for his stock on the site. He’s currently on watch list and has a profile on the site thanks to his performance at the event. Same goes for Gibson, who provided reliable two-way reps. This was my first time watching 6’2 corner Del Shields Del Shields 6'1" | 190 lbs | DB Steel Valley | 2025 State PA work in person as well, that’s the theme for most of these young men. Shields boasts a desirable build, I was already intrigued by the young man before knowing he was a top 50 athlete in his class. He put forth a relatively quiet performance, which is exactly what you’d like to see from your stud DB.
Wesley Epperson

Two great outings for Prince Tarrant Prince Tarrant 5'9" | 150 lbs | DB East Allegheny | 2026 State PA and Wesley Epperson. Prince Tarrant Prince Tarrant 5'9" | 150 lbs | DB East Allegheny | 2026 State PA earned a ranking, a modest one, after watching him work both sides of the ball. Great burst with and without the football. Looks and plays a bit longer than his build suggests. Can play the ball at its highest point, which is impressive for a kid his size. His performance at the 7v7 was much like his freshman tape, he dabbled into everything and looked good doing so. Wesley Epperson is going to end up a ranked sophomore before the season begins. 6’2, safety skills. Impressive ability to read and diagnose passing concepts. Multiple interceptions were registered by Wesley Epperson during the two-day stretch. He looked reliable as a back-end safety. I’m excited to see tape out of him moving forward. I’m hoping he’s an even better prospect with pads on.

Jaylen Stanford Jaylen Stanford 6'0" | 165 lbs | ATH Westinghouse | 2026 State PA and Shawn Moorefield Jr’s.’s efforts need to be discussed. Jaylen Stanford Jaylen Stanford 6'0" | 165 lbs | ATH Westinghouse | 2026 State PA played on the 14 and 15U teams Garfield sent out. His size immediately grabbed my attention, as my main focus of traveling this far was to find new, young names inside the class of 2026. Stanford was one of them. He’s a big-bodied pass-catcher who showed off his ability to catch in traffic. Stanford also displayed the ability to be a factor at all three levels of the field. I’m now in the know of the future Westinghouse stud. I’ll have my eye out for him.
On the opposite end of the spectrum is Shawn Moorefield Jr. Moorefield’s build hardly stood out, yet his game demanded my attention. Whether he lined up at wideout, or in the backfield at running back, the freshman gator out of Gateway was moving in space. His open-field agility mirrored Burrell’s. I imagine Moorefield will be a prospect at running back, it’s great to see him begin to catch the ball at a high level, it will do wonders for his stock moving forward.
