Brady McKnight
Brady McKnight
McKnight, a NE OH powerhouse at the WR position is one to watch. While he is extremely dominant on both offense and defense his skills on offense are essential to Riverside’s lineup. While coming in at 5’11 180 McKnight utilizes his speed as his biggest weapon along with his athleticism enabling him to plow through DBs and the opposing defensive line. McKnight has extreme awareness in terms of ball placement and adjusts his plays to get to the ball and make a play. Not only versatile on the field, but McKnight is also proficient in both track and basketball as well, making him a well-rounded athlete when he is on the field. I am excited to watch where McKnight goes in his last high school season, if it’s anything like his last it will be successful.
Mikey Maloney
Mikey Maloney
Maloney, a dominant piece to Riverside’s offense being an all-state QB as well as the conference award winner is one to watch this off-season. Maloney sits at 43 TDs as well as holds a 63% pass proficiency which is elite for a QB. Maloney also is a dual threat and of those 43 TD has dominated in the running game for 15 of them. Not only does Maloney have incredible numbers but his awareness of his receivers and of the ball is just as incredible. Reading the defense is Maloney’s strong suit and what sets him apart in the QB room. I look forward to watching where Maloney takes his off-season and the results in his last high school season!
Carpenter is a QB to watch this off-season. As Trotwood-Madison’s QB Carpenter is a huge part of the offense’s success. While being able to connect with his receivers at a high level, his 6’4 200 stature allows him to be a force against opposing defenses allowing him to be a challenge to bring down. Carpenter shows incredible athleticism at times when running the ball is needed as well as has an outstanding arm and throwing proficiency. Watching over Carpenters off-season I expect progress but even more so cannot wait to see where he does next season!
Brian McQuaide
Brian McQuaide
McQuaide, Is an impeccable route runner. Playing for Solon High Schools offense McQuaide is an asset to the lineup. McQuaide’s ability as a WR is incredible allowing him to have significant yards after the catch and show off his speed. In addition to his speed, McQuaide poses a challenge for defenses as, even when fighting double coverage, can still win the match-up. Coming off of last season with around 750 yards on the ground and 9 TDs, I look forward to what McQuaide is working on in the off-season and to watch him in his last season!
Martin, hailing from St. Ignatius high school, is a huge part of the offensive lineup. Martin has a huge running ability and a speed that is hard for DBs and CBs to match. While he is tough to match Martin is also a versatile athlete playing both WR and DB himself. His athleticism has led him to 9 TDs at RB 2nd team all-state and so many other accomplishments stemming from this last season. I am excited to watch Martin grow in his off-season and watch his run-game go to the top in his last season!
