He had an incredible final season of high school football, completing 166/263 passes for 2,415 yards, 23 touchdowns, and six interceptions. Jones has a cannon for an arm, showing the ability to lead his receivers down the field and hit them in stride in the deep passing game. He also uses his arm strength to zip passes into tight windows in the short and intermediate passing game. Jones is also very dangerous as a ball carrier. He finished the season with 205 carries for 1,741 yards and 28 touchdowns. West Jessamine used this to their advantage with many designed quarterback runs in their playbook this season. Jones is committed to Grambling State where I see him being able to shine at the quarterback position once he gets his chance.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["328124"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='328124' first='Travis' last='Egan'] is a quarterback that I had on my radar going into this season that completely exceeded my expectations. Egan led Bullitt East to a 6A State Championship, completing 215/325 passes for 2,934 yards, 35 touchdowns, and only five interceptions. He has a strong arm which he uses to stretch the field in the deep passing game and zip passes into tight coverage. Egan also does a great job of going through his progressions and puts a nice amount of touch on his passes, putting them where only his receivers can get to it. He also showed tremendous dual-threat ability this season, running the ball 139 times for 979 yards and 17 touchdowns. His play in the 6A State Championship Game earned him MVP honors and I named him my 2022 Prep Redzone KY Offensive Player of the Year. Travis currently holds offers from Kentucky Wesleyan and Charleston (WV), and I wouldn't be surprised to see more come his way as he has the potential to be a very successful college quarterback.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["485012"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='485012' first='Brysen' last='Dugger'] is a quarterback that jumped onto my radar quickly this season. He had a tremendous senior year, completing 199/300 passes for 3,188 yards, 41 touchdowns, and only four interceptions. Dugger has tremendous ball placement with his passes, putting the ball where only his intended receiver can make a play on it. He also has very impressive arm strength. In the deep passing game, Dugger is able to lead his receivers down the field and away from opposing defensive backs so that they can catch passes in stride. He also has shown the ability to fit passes into tight windows in the short/intermediate passing game. Dugger also ran the ball 68 times for 288 yards and eight touchdowns this season. Brysen is committed to the University of the Cumberlands (KY) where I can see him earning the starting quarterback job eventually and thriving in that role.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["324210"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='324210' first='Cooper' last='Stone'] is a quarterback that I've had high on my radar for a while now and continued to impress this season. Stone had a very impressive final season at Bethlehem, completing 91/168 passes for 2,515 yards, 27 touchdowns, and eight interceptions in ten games. He has a great feel for pressure, showing the ability to maneuver around in the pocket to avoid pass rushers while keeping his eyes down the field to deliver passes. Stone also has a very strong arm with the ability to stretch the field and hit his receivers in stride in the deep passing game. He also has tremendous ball placement, putting the ball where only his receivers can catch it. Stone is committed to Fairmont State where I see him developing into a successful college quarterback.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["145761"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Wrapping up my top five quarterbacks in the class of 2023 is Simon Kenton's [player_tooltip player_id='145761' first='Chase' last='Crone']. Crone had a tremendous senior year, completing 91/168 passes for 1,387 yards, 13 touchdowns, and five interceptions in ten games. He is a strong-armed quarterback with the ability to lead his receivers down the field in the deep passing game and fit passes into tight windows in the short/intermediate passing game. Crone also has a tremendous ability to escape the pocket and keep his eyes down the field to deliver passes on the run. While he is a very skilled passer, Crone is also a dangerous threat in the run game. Simon Kenton had several designed runs for him and Crone also was able to tuck the ball and run when nothing was there in the passing game. He finished the season with 133 carries for an impressive 971 yards and 19 touchdowns. Crone is committed to Thomas More University where I can see him becoming a very successful quarterback.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63dd759ba578b"} /-->
