With National Signing Day on Wednesday, we are set to watch WI's best move on to further their education and playing careers at the collegiate levels. In this article, we are going to look at the most productive offensive weapons returning to high school fields this fall. The numbers are huge, the talent is special, and expectations are high for next season. Let's get started!

The junior will enter his senior campaign as the most productive returning passer in WI. He has the most returning yards through the air, and was third overall in 2022. Jack was at the helm as he led his team to Level 3 of the playoffs. He returns key receivers, so expectations will be high for another productive, successful season. Looking at the talent of the 6'4u0022 QB, he is firmly in the battle for QB1 of 2024. Craziest part of his junior season, he did all that with a broken ankle since Week 4. Talented, tough, and productive. Keep an eye on him.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63d8786783ae0"} /-->

The 6'2u0022 185 lbs junior led his team to a dominant 12-1 record, falling only to Catholic Memorial in the Level 4 playoffs. Despite his high passing totals, Two Rivers also was equally productive on the ground leading to one of the most dominant offenses in 2022. Most of that production returns in 2023, so expectations should be another deep playoff run. On top of the passing, Justin is also a 500 yard rusher. All the production and big plays resulted in a 12-1 record that ended in Level 4 of the playoffs. The passing game led the way for Onalaska, and it will be fun to watch this season as they move on from their standout WR Nicky Odom. The man they counted on to carry that workload is 2024 Ray Reineck. The 5'11u0022 has the second most rushing yards of all returning ball carriers. I watched him live, and I came away impressed with his physical play style. He got stronger as the game went on, and was able to put the game away with that ability. Wausau has a lot of talent to replace, so look for them to lean more on Reineck this fall. Teberg has the most yards receptions, and TDs of all returning pass catchers. Tommy spent 2022 that he can be a go to receiver at the HS level. In 2023, I believe he will prove he can play at the next level. The quick twitched athlete is going to be difficult for DBs to run with. I expect similar big numbers as Burlington looks to make an even deeper playoff run in 2023.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63d8786783e2a"} /-->

As a junior he was Top 10 in catches, yards, and TDs. While the offense was well balanced, the passing game relied heavily on Meininger. He was the only receiver with more than 350 yards and 3 TDs on his team. Collin is one of the better receivers when it comes to the catch point, making catches in traffic, and playing through contact. He helped his team get to Level 2 last season. Despite his 53 receptions, Drew was able to finish 5th in receiving yards. Drew is arguably the best route runner, and tracks the ball with the absolute best of them. His body control jumps off the screen in his route running as well as his play along the sideline. It will be interesting to see how he plays with a new QB in 2023.
