The Bowsher Blueracers had a struggle of a season, picking up only one victory out of 10 attempts. Coach Chip Stram stepped down from his post following the season, and a new head coach, Alvin Brown, has been put in place. Coach Brown is coming to Bowsher from spending several seasons with the legendary Ken James of the Northwood coaching staff. Bowsher has a lot of good young pieces on their roster, but they must use this offseason to get back on track after an abysmal 2022.
You can expect this team in 2023 to be well coached and prepared, as that is one of the biggest focuses for coach Brown and his staff. I would also expect a few more players to join the team this spring/summer as the coach is deeply rooted in the city of Toledo’s community. Let’s look at the roster of returning players you will need to know going forward.
