Safe to say the show on offense starts and ends with the connection between quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='64011' first='Keyshawn' last='Morsillo'] and wideout [player_tooltip player_id='99861' first='Sincere' last='Smith']. There might not be a pair in all six games that I'm more excited to see than these two. The stats are outstanding, 1,300+ receiving yards with under 50 receptions brought it, That number should stagger you, this kid is a big play waiting to happen. 22 touchdowns is another eye-opening stat. Turn on the tape and you'll see how complete of a threat these two are together. Love that [player_tooltip player_id='64011' first='Keyshawn' last='Morsillo'] is willing to give [player_tooltip player_id='99861' first='Sincere' last='Smith'] shots downfield. The two won't go down without a fight. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This Westinghouse team isn't the Morsillo-Smith show believe it or not, despite my rant on how special the two are. They wouldn't have gotten this far on the backs of the two alone. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Southern Columbia will have to account for some special backend talent being deployed by Westinghouse. Deshaun Blackwell might have the best ball skills of any secondary prospect on the field. [player_tooltip player_id='489202' first='Khalil' last='Taylor'] ranks as a top 30 DB in his class while showing off special technique at corner. [player_tooltip player_id='357944' first='Roderick' last='Jeter'] acts as one of the more versatile prospects inside the defense, both serving as a front-seven run-stopper or coming downhill from his safety spot to clog running lanes. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Can't forget about [player_tooltip player_id='255746' first='Sincere' last='Shannon'], a 6'2 edge/interior defender who is going to see a huge boost in rank once we drop the 2024 update. There's even an infusion of youth on this team whose value is palpable. Yet they still find themselves dominating competition on their way to a 2A Championship meeting against Westinghouse. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>How will Westinghouse's coaching staff approach stopping [player_tooltip player_id='160487' first='Braeden' last='Wisloski']? Wisloski, a top 25th senior in the State and future Maryland Terp, will be the key to how this one sways. This kid can blow games open on either side of the football. Does Westinghouse try to contain him offensively? Do they let him work on offense but limit his abilities at other alignments? I'd imagine WH would like Wisloski as uninvolved as possible, tough task for one of the more aware prospects I've come across. Pound for pound, there might not be a more versatile prospect that can change the game in an instant. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Maybe WH lets Wisloski get his, this program is still chock full of athletes that will challenge WH on all levels. The Tigers blend youthful talent with veteran presence wonderfully, it's no question prospects like [player_tooltip player_id='269065' first='Blake' last='Wise'] and [player_tooltip player_id='263030' first='Dominic' last='Fetterolf'] continue to develop in the right direction. In the 1A matchup, I find it very hard to bet against Steelton Highspire because of the consistency of lasting program success. It'd be hard for me to do the same in this matchup.
