Cross is sitting on 1 FBS offer from Akron. He’s a dynamic athlete that has a mean streak. Some of Jason’s talents include lateral quickness, speed, fluid hips & his vertical leaping ability. Cross runs the alley with a good tempo & is aggressive in run pursuit. His sharp football IQ allows him to recognize, anticipate & react quickly. The D1 product is a punishing form tackler that causes big impacts. Jason’s athleticism & speed is already elite and he still has another season to develop. He runs skilled routes with great body control & pace. His ball skills are above average, and he displays them regularly on both sides of the ball.
Keyshawn has the frame to be an OLB or WLB in college. He’s a reliable tackler in space consistently. He plays with great effort from sideline to sideline. McCaskill zone drops well & has the ball skills to pick it off the pass. The senior athlete will be even more dangerous once he’s in a college weight program. Keyshawn will be valuable on day 1 on special teams for some lucky program.
Lacks is another dynamo specialist that Bishop Canevin is blessed with. He has great lateral quickness & speed overall. Lesae has the speed at DB to stick with receivers in man coverage. The senior athlete had a good interception & return in the early stages of his 22′ campaign that showed his skillset. Lacks has shown his ball skills by intercepting passes in his junior & senior years on film.
Xavier has received some FBS interest but hasn’t secured an offer just yet. He is an overall tough athlete with good quickness & speed. X catches passes away from his body naturally. Nelson’s a homerun threat every time he gets a return on special teams as well. Xavier runs crisp patterns, & he consistently turns small yardage plays into big gains. He projects as a slot WR but Bishop Canevin lines him up wide when they need a big play. Xavier has D1 ability at the slot and valuable game experience to match.
Adante is a two sport star athlete for Bishop Canevin. He’s a smooth fluid WR with college size at 6’3. Berrien drives off the ball well gaining ground with good speed. He has good body control & and is able to catch the ball at the highest point. Adante had a TD reception last week that he looked good tracking and controlling his body on. Berrien has a natural skillset, speed & stature to be a good prospect for Bishop Canevin.
Carter is receiving some D1 interest but is still unoffered. Marques has good vision, patience & speed running the ball. Once he breaks free it’s hard to catch him from behind. Carter runs tough falling forward most of the time on his rushes. He possesses good lateral quickness and the ability to stop on the dime. He is a little small right now at 165 lbs, but he luckily has another year for development.
Azjaun Marshall
Azjaun Marshall
Azjaun has good hips & transitions well bailing in zone coverage. He plays with good anticipation & route recognition. Marshall maintains a low center of gravity & has a swift break on the football. Another talent is his ability to play the football, displaying good ball skills. Canevin’s junior DB is a physical tackler & has the speed to stay in good position in man coverage. Azjaun’s skillset allows him to be valuable on special teams too. The 2024 prospect is capable of playing FS or CB.
Henry Barbisch
Henry Barbisch
Barbisch was named to the WPIAL top 50 team for the 2025 class & it isn’t hard to see why. He’s a great blocking TE with D1 size & strength. He’s a big & physical contributor on special teams as well. Once he gets up to full speed whatever he hits will hit the turf. His motor is adequate on defense and he plays til the whistle. I only seen him catch one TD, but he displayed decent mobility for a prospect of his size on that play.
Troutman has the attention of multiple d1 schools but hasn’t been officially offered yet. Troutman has good strength, speed & vision as a running back. He displays good balance, breaking tackles and fighting for extra yards. Raequan has good speed & can break a long run at anytime. The senior RB knows how to use his blockers, maneuvering well on inside runs. He’s also a dangerous return man that displays good lateral quickness.
EJ has an offer from division II HBCU Bluefield State currently. The 2023 prospect is strong, physical, & athletic with violent hands. He’s quick off the ball from a 2pt stance & gets to the QB. He’s mobile & agile in space for being a compact 220 lbs. Dawson redirects & plays off of blocks well too. Cornell’s senior leader has been productive, winning conference DPOY & being selected 1st team all-state.
Highlights
Cagney has been receiving some D1 interest, making gameday visits to Miami, OH & FAMU this season. He’s mobile and strong overall on the field. At 6’3 250 he’s well equipped to be a D1 offensive Center or Defensive Tackle. Smith runs his feet well and has proper hand placement on blocks. He is a nasty OL that has sharp focus finishing blocks. On defense, he’s agile with good instincts & violent. His athleticism makes him capable of being a contributing DT in college.
Drevon Newton
Drevon Newton
Newton hasn’t been offered by anyone but has been receiving D1 interest. He is a physical FS that comes up and lays the wood. Drevon is a possession type outside WR that has reliable hands & good speed. He has good footwork press releasing but could be better using his hands at times. Newton uses his body well on receptions shielding smaller DBs on jump balls. Cornell’s junior WR has been productive, catching 3 receiving TD’s in one game this season.
Ja’Miere Jones
Ja’Miere Jones
Jones has received interest from a few D2 schools to date. He is strong & able to clear running lanes in the interior. The senior lineman has good hand placement driving DL off the ball. Ja’Miere is projected as an interior O lineman on the collegiate ranks. He’s a good combo & down blocker as well.
