He runs his feet well on contact & is skilled at getting proper hand placement. He plays with a nasty demeanor & finishes plays to the whistle. Defensively, he’s mobile for his size with a violent mentality. Smith’s athleticism will be a great attribute interior pass rushing collegiately.

Cagney has been receiving some D1 interest, making gameday visits to Miami, OH & FAMU this season. He’s mobile and strong overall on the field. At 6’3 250 he’s well equipped to be a D1 offensive Center or Defensive Tackle. Smith runs his feet well and has proper hand placement on blocks. He is a nasty OL that has sharp focus finishing blocks. On defense, he’s agile with good instincts & violent. His athleticism makes him capable of being a contributing DT in college.
