<p>It's well-known in the football world that California has among the top talent in the entire country. At one point this year, one conference alone featured the nation's number one and number two team. It's a true football state, with some serious talent coming up in the 2026 class.</p>

<p>Today, we wanted to focus in on some of those 2026s, in particular, which freshmen quarterbacks are starting to rise up. Aside from one prospect (Brady Smiegiel), these guys haven't received any scholarship offers. However, that doesn't mean they aren't coming. With three more years of eligibility and more & more time to develop each off-season, these guys should be serious forces for their respective programs. Keep an eye on them as we head into the home stretch of this season.</p>
