Before this new tape, Parker dominated our camps, worked his tail off, and still ranked as a D1 prospect despite his lack of offers. Parker is putting pen to paper and leaving his mark week in and week out. He's on his way to being one of the best players in the Public League. Menapace has a pre-throw skillset/package that can be easily tuned up at the next level. Things are tough for 2023 quarterbacks, yet Menapace's resume and tape show he's capable of D1 football.
