Some of these kids are head-scratchers when wondering about their recruitment, that’s not necessarily the case with Parker. He’s a true “diamond-in-the-rough” that only the best recruiters will find. I know recruiting in Philly is tough. I can vouch for the young man’s character and grades, his tape speaks for itself. Where ever Parker eventually straps up, I can already see him making an instant impact. Parker is going to have to be given a chance, hoping whoever provides that chance gives me a call before doing so.

What Parker has put forth in his senior season is different. This isn’t just a linebacker or defensive back with capabilities on offense, Parker is looking like a legitimate play-maker with the ball in his hands. Before this new tape, Parker dominated our camps, worked his tail off, and still ranked as a D1 prospect despite his lack of offers. Parker is putting pen to paper and leaving his mark week in and week out. He’s on his way to being one of the best players in the Public League. Happy for him, we need to see colleges knock on the door sooner rather than later.
