They have averaged 38.6 points per game on offense and have given up 13.4 points per game on defense. Fairfield is currently undefeated at 5-0 and last week defeated Oak Hills 45-17. They have averaged 40.6 points per game on offense and have given up 12.4 points per game on defense. There are several talented players on both teams and here are five players to keep an eye on during the game.
The future West Virginia Mountaineer plays as a CB. Against the run, he does a good job of shedding the FB block on the perimeter. He displays very good play strength as he makes the tackle preventing a gain of significant yardage. Against the pass, he shows good closing speed in pursuit on screen plays. He demonstrates good form tackling ability as he makes the tackle behind the LOS for a TFL. In off coverage e displays very good play speed to keep everything in front of him and prevents the WR from getting open.
Against the run, he shows very good football intelligence as he quickly keys and diagnoses the play and exhibits good play strength and use of hands as he sheds the block from WR. He shows good instincts as he takes the correct angle in pursuit before displaying excellent explosiveness as he delivers a big hit. Against the pass, he uses his good length to defeat the block from the OT. He shows good closing speed in pursuit and finishes up with a sack.
The Junior QB has played very well in 2022 leading the Indians to a 5-0 start. He shows good football intelligence as he does a good job of reading the coverage while viewing the entire field. He locates the open receiver and delivers the ball on short, intermediate and deep passes with good accuracy and touch. He shows good poise in the pocket as he can deliver an accurate ball with defenders in his face. He is a mobile QB who exhibits quality play speed and athleticism to gain significant yardage on his own.

The Senior DL plays as a DT. Against the run, he is quick off the ball and uses his very good play strength an hand use to shed the block from the OG. He takes good angles in pursuit with good athletic ability before making the tackle behind the LOS for a TFL. Against the pass, he shows good burst and uses a very good combination of speed and power to shed the block. He locates the QB before using his solid play speed in pursuit and finishes up with a sack.

RJ West
The Senior QB has played well this season leading the Vikings to a 4-1 start. He is elusive in the pocket as he avoids defenders easily and keeps his eyes downfield. He shows good ability to deliver an accurate ball while on the move. He does a good job of completing the pass to the correct shoulder of the receiver allowing him to maximize YAC. He shows good scrambling ability due to above average play speed and athleticism and is able to pick up a first down on his own.
