In this article:
A deeper dive into each WR & DB “Top Performer” from late January’s StockUp Showcase.
WR Top Performers
Durrell Ceasar Durrell Ceasar 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Steelton-Highspire | 2024 State PA | 6’0, 160 | Steelton Highspire | 2024
Standout Trait at Camp: Separation Skills, Stride
Standout Trait on Film: Second Gear, Play-Making Ability
Standout Testing Number: 4.69 (40)
Awesome play-making ability out of the sophomore. Has a serious nose for the endzone on both sides of the ball and on special teams. The initial tape has the young man returning kicks and interceptions for touchdowns, as well as blocking 40+ yards downfield to let others eat as well. With Ceasar, you’re getting great straight-line speed and track-star acceleration when operating outside. Was a frequent deep-ball target for Andrew Erby Jr Andrew Erby Jr 6'3" | 285 lbs | DL Steelton Highspire | 2024 PA . and we expect this relationship to grow exponentially as each prospect continues to develop. Ceasar has my attention from here on out. Really interested to see what his game will provide at defensive back. Ceasar was too much to handle rep in and rep out, separating with ease at the event.
Jareel Calhoun Jareel Calhoun 5'11" | 160 lbs | ATH Plainfield | 2025 NJ | 5’9, 150 | Allentown Central Catholic | 2025
Standout Trait at Camp: Suddenness, Stop-Start
Standout Trait on Film: Ball-Tracking, YAC Ability
Standout Testing Number: none
Whoever has been teaching Jareel the ins and outs of being a vertical threat has done an incredible job. Calhoun is just a freshman and is already showing advanced ball-tracking skills downfield. He’s got speed to burn and knows he can accelerate, if Calhoun continues to develop the little things, I can see him being one of the state’s more reliable and productive deep threats. Does a ton of his damage from the slot. Body control is a plus when tracking, doesn’t panic when the ball drifts. Happy that he was a late addition to the showcase. All this being said, Calhoun is just as dangerous behind the line of scrimmage. Can run routes and provide hands as an outlet when at RB for ACC. Can also operate as the team’s primary screen man, showing he’s got the open-field suddenness to make you miss.

DaQuan McCraw | 6’3, 180 | Steelton Highspire | 2023
Standout Trait at Camp: Physical Tools, Complete Package
Standout Trait on Film:
Standout Testing Number: 4.66 (40)
Late walk-up who ended up making this camp look easy. The junior and teammate of Ceasar’s may have been the most complete wideout at the event. He showed separation speed, hands, leverage-use, all while having one of the better wideout builds at the camp, standing at just under 6’2 and weighing a good 170. Athleticism is there, also a basketball player. Couldn’t find a Hudl for DaQuan but he was enough of a standout at the camp turn earn himself a future ranking. Great demeanor, was never rattled by physicality as his speed/size combo makes it possible for himself to win in more than one way. Excited to see more of him!
Caleb Newsome Caleb Newsome 5'11" | 165 lbs | ATH Nazareth | 2025 State PA | 5’10, 150 | Nazareth Area | 2025
Standout Trait at Camp: Route-Running, Balance
Standout Trait on Film: Open-Field Vision, Short-Area Burst
Standout Testing Number: 4.61 (40) & 9’2 1/2 (BJ)
One of the higher-ranked freshmen to attend the event. I’ve had my eyes on Newsome for some time and was thrilled to see him work in person. Effortless in all he does. His stride and suddenness are effortless. Newsome displayed top-end speed that he can combine with great short-area burst to seemingly be open against any lesser athlete. Newsome’s freshman tape doesn’t do his game justice. His time will come in terms of reps and production. We fully expect this freshman to stay high in our 2025 class rankings as it continues to grow. Nazareth does a great job getting Caleb involved, whether it be on special teams, or in easy touches behind the line of scrimmage on offense. I think he can become a special DB down the road as well.
DB Top Performers
Jaire Rawlison Jaire Rawlison 5'10" | 180 lbs | DB Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA | 5’10, 170 | Bishop McDevitt | 2024
Standout Trait at Camp: Competitiveness, Physicality, Hip Flip
Standout Trait on Film: Complete Package, Hips, and Feet
Standout Testing Number: none
Enough can’t be said about Rawlison, I fully expected him to be the best defensive back at the camp, and that he was. As the sophomore continues to climb our rankings, I can see Group of Five schools begin to reach out in the near future. Said future is bright as I personally believe this kid is a lock for G5 interest. That’s his floor in my opinion, has a P5 ceiling I believe he can reach. The sky is the limit when discussing his potential recruitment down the line and I really mean that. One of the few prospects I’m willing to pound the table for. As for his game, he’s adept at being physical throughout the entirety of his rep. He knows how to get underneath a wideouts skin and make things uncomfortable which is a key component when separating the good from the great. I can see this young man succeed in press-man on the outside, left alone. No better compliment than that. Ultra competitive as well.
Raytel Bryant Raytel Bryant 5'9" | 180 lbs | DB Harrisburg | 2024 State PA | 5’9, 175 | Harrisburg | 2024
Standout Trait at Camp: Foot Speed & Balance, Hand Usage
Standout Trait on Film: Nose for the Football, Instinctual
Standout Testing Number: none
A sophomore who is so smooth in so many areas. Smooth hips. Feet can move with ease. I can see how he hardly panics on film. He sees the field and the ball really well. A ton of the underclassmen in this camp impressed me with their overall poise, the same can be said for Bryant. Has a knack for being at the right place at the right time. Fearless as a tackler, wants to get involved. A huge plus for a prospect who has been deemed by many as “under-sized”. No matter his size, can’t discount his ability to make plays.

Acen Brode Acen Brode 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Milton Hershey | 2022 State PA | 5’11, 170 | Milton Hershey | 2022
Standout Trait at Camp: Position Versatility
Standout Trait on Film: Awareness, Craftiness
Standout Testing Number: 9’4 1/2 (BJ)
One of the camps better overall testers. Excellent Broad Jump numbers and solid 40 times. I know Acen Brode Acen Brode 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Milton Hershey | 2022 State PA the wideout, who was a real weapon for Milton Hershey behind the line of scrimmage. Because of a lack of defensive backs at the camp, Brode stepped up and showed all of the college coaches present that he can play some DB too. Huge that he could come out and answer some versatility questions. I couldn’t tell the difference between Brode the WR and Brode the DB. The prospect on tape showed he can beat smaller defenders with his size, also showed he can catch the ball away from his body. The prospect that showed up to the camp displayed a smooth drop-back, as well as a ton of physicality early in reps in 1v1s. Like his frame and overall awareness. A savvy player who would be a welcomed addition to a college program in need of a versatile WR/DB.
