I love watching good offensive line play. A lot of times it is the reason one team comes out on top on a given Friday night. These players have helped their fellow teammates get yardage this past year and will look to continue great play next year.

Herring looks to drive defenders to the ground on almost every play. He has powerful hands and uses them well. He can move laterally very well and has good quickness. West Bloomfield eyes a big season in 2022. Expect a big year from Herring & West Bloomfield.

Senda has a powerful upper body. He is good at looking to get to the second level and take on linebackers. It is scary when Senda gets his hands inside of defenders. When this happens he almost always drives a defender back 5 yards. Senda’s play has gained attention from many Divison 1 schools. He is currently committed to Northwestern.

Zanotti is a violent run blocker who shows great upper body strength. He is very good at getting his hands inside of opponents and locking out his arms. Zanotti is a good athlete who has good quickness to get off the line of scrimmage. He also has a strong lower body that helps give him good balance. Zanotti is great at finishing his blocks and will drive defenders to the ground.

Bradley plays with great leverage and does a great job of blocking using all of his upper & lower body strength. He holds his ground very well and almost never gets pushed back in pass protection. Bradley has good quick feet that allow him to easily get into his stance for pass protection. Bradley is a great run blocker as well and does a great job of finding a man to block when pulling.

Slack has been a great player for King for several years now. He has been All-State 3 times & All-Region three times. Slack does a great job getting position his body in front of defenders. He is a great run blocker and is able to pull very well. Slack performed well in two of the biggest games this season. The first in the state semi-final against Mason and then in the state championship against DeWitt. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="30317" first="Johnathan" last="Slack"] </strong>has a chance to have another big season and help bring Detroit King another Division 3 state championship.

[player_tooltip player_id="118806" first="Vincent" last="Cox"] is a great competitor. He is always looking to block a defender. Cox has powerful hands and uses them well to knock opponents back with initial contact. Cox is a great athlete and has the speed to run and make blocks in the open-field on screen passes. He does a great job of finishing blocks and often times will drive a defender into the ground. He has shown the versatility to play every position on the offensive line. Playing multiple positions is critical for a team in case of injuries.
