Andon Grigg – Holland – WR – 5’11″ 152 lbs
Grigg is a very scrappy WR that they like to use inside and out depending on personnel matchups week to week. He’s going to give maximum effort on every down and come down with the ball just about every time. Friday was no different and Grigg had a big night. He was all over the field on offense but finished the night with 11 receptions for 249-yards. He’s explosive and gets shot out of a cannon with the ball in his hands.
Luke Conklin – Holland Christian – RB
Conklin is an explosive back who can come out of the backfield as a receiver and do some damage. On Friday, he was all over Hamilton and they couldn’t slow him down. He was cutting on a dime and blowing past the ones who didn’t whiff. He finished the night with over 200 scrimmage yards and had all 4 of Holland Christian’s TDs on the night.
Timmy Kloska Timmy Kloska 6'0" | 220 lbs | RB Grand Rapids West Catholic | 2023 State MI – West Catholic – RB – 6’0″ 205 lbs
On a night where Kloska had another big game, he also made history. Kloska broke West Catholic’s all-time rushing yardage record and became the school’s rushing record holder. He broke multiple huge runs and always seems to have a defender hanging on for dear life. He finished the night with 187-yards on the ground and 3 TDs.
Bryson Kuzdzal – Forest Hills – RB – 6’0″ 170 lbs
This was my first time ever seeing Kuzdzal play and he did not disappoint. He went ballistic and made huge plays all night long. He broke a 72-yard TD and showed his elite speed. He had another 3-yard TD run where he showed his power and physical play. He finished the night with just under 200 rushing yards and those 2 TDs.
Tyler Schut – Fennville – ATH – 6’6″ 190 lbs
Schut is back on the list and he continues to be a big problem for defenses. He plays very physical and is hard to bring down but will also outjump you for the ball. Blanchard-Montabella had no answer for him all night long as he helped move the chains on a regular basis. Schut finished the night with 162-yards and 3 TDs as he helped guide Fennville to a win.
