He’s a smooth athlete who utilizes his long arms/reach, fluid hips, and quick feet in man coverage. He reads QB eyes well in zone and shows some understanding of basic route concepts. Fields has picked up three D-1 offers since June from San Jose St., Utah St., and most recently Oregon St. in September. He’s been a solid contributor at his OLB spot this season and possesses the athleticism and coverage instincts to eventually play SS or a hybrid LB role. He’s an excellent tackler in space showing speed to chase down ball-carriers and understanding sideline leverage on the outside. Egan has garnered interest from several D-1 schools and should be on track to pick up his first set of offers in the near future. </span> <a href="http://www.hudl.com/video/3/15982258/613134999675fc037cdc21f6">Highlights- Weeks 1-2</a> <span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="195532" first="Jaiden" last="Houston"]- <strong>DL, Warren</strong></span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Houston is an extremely disruptive player from his DE spot. He explodes off the ball from a 2 or 3-point stance and plays with great leverage. He has the speed to beat OTs off the edge and is tenacious as a pass-rusher using his hands well to fight off blocks at the LOS. He’s an extremely physical tackler at the point-of-attack and uses his leverage and lower body strength to overpower linemen. Houston has the potential to be one of the top edge players in California’s 2024 class. </span> <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2FqYnB">Sophomore Highlights</a> <span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="195537" first="Jeilani" last="Davis"]- <strong>DB, Mater Dei</strong></span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Davis is a high-upside DB prospect coming from a school known for producing top D-1 talent. He possesses tremendous physical tools for the position with a 6’1 185 lb., frame and long reach. He’s a rangy athlete with plus speed and footwork. Mater Dei is loaded with DB talent boasting the #1 player in the 2022 class in [player_tooltip player_id="25223" first="Domani" last="Jackson"] alongside fellow blue-chip recruits [player_tooltip player_id="25274" first="Cam" last="Sidney"] and 2024 standout [player_tooltip player_id="147715" first="Zabien" last="Brown"]. Davis will be a name to keep an eye on in the coming seasons. </span>
