Ten teams played their hearts out, which has led to a stellar championship matchup culminating the season this Saturday @ 1 between Harry S. Truman (3-2) and Chester HS (4-1)
All prospects have made it on our radar and I have watched all Hudl tapes that have been released. Every prospect listed deserves some recognition for their play.
Interboro prospects are not on this list solely because of a lack of film and a lack of exposure as I did my best to find names and reach out but to no avail. Parents, coaches, and prospects of Interboro reach out! We would love to update this.
List is in no particular order!
Father Judge
Eric Smith | 5’10″ 190lbs | RB/DB | C/O 2024
Billy Whiteley | 5’9″ 175lbs | RB/DB | C/O 2022
Jordan Rhinehart | 5’11″ 170lbs | ATH | C/O 2022
Shane Hartman
Jake Marquis
Eric Smith is one of the bright young stars out of the Catholic League in Philadelphia. It’s only a matter of time before this kid gets calls from coaches on the east coast. He’s so raw as a prospect yet carries a chiseled, compact build of a senior that allows him to run with the tempo and attitude necessary to be productive. Whitely and Rhinehart are two players who turned up their game as the season progressed. Whiteley joins Smith in the backfield but I really like how he plays on defense, consistent playmaker. I love Rhinehart’s change of direction ability as well as his subtleness when releasing off the line of scrimmage. Judge has got a young core that we hope to see continue to develop.
Cheltenham
Zachary Gaffin | LB/QB | C/O 2021
Sam Sykes Sam Sykes 5'9" | 180 lbs | RB Cheltenham | 2021 PA | 5’8″ 175lbs | RB/DB | C/O 2021
Amani Ezell | 6’1″ 175lbs | WR/DB | C/O 2021
Tyree Townes Tyree Townes 6'0" | 160 lbs | ATH Cheltenham Highschool | 2022 PA | 6’0 | ATH | C/O 2022
Zaire Williams | 5’7″ 145lbs | ATH | C/O 2024
Jordan Lilly | 5’8 175lbs | SS/RB | C/O 2023
Jamal Banks | 5’9″ 180lbs | DB | C/O 2023
Cheltenham actually has the most prospects on this list with seven. They do a fantastic job getting film out there. We spoke highly of the three seniors atop the list. With Ezell, Gaffin, and star athlete Sam Sykes Sam Sykes 5'9" | 180 lbs | RB Cheltenham | 2021 PA moving on, Cheltenham is still in a position to succeed in the future with a secondary that has the potential to be the best in the UX. Led by junior Tyree Townes Tyree Townes 6'0" | 160 lbs | ATH Cheltenham Highschool | 2022 PA , Cheltenham has three players in their secondary that are on our watchlist to be ranked. We can’t forget about standout freshman Zaire Williams, whose potential is through the roof.
Penn Wood
Joshua Hali | 5’8″ 165 | WR/DB | C/O 2021
Auron Stevens | DB/ATH | C/O 2023
Michael Price | 6’0″ 165lbs | WR/CB | C/O 2021
Jordin Jones Jordin Jones 5'9" | 180 lbs | ATH Penn Wood | 2022 PA | 5’9″ 180lbs | ATH | C/O 2022
Malik Brooks | 5’11″ 186lbs | ATH | C/O 2021
An explosive offense that was somehow throttled against Chester two weeks ago. This team is full of speed and athleticism. The season didn’t end how Penn Wood would have liked, yet many players showed off impressive ball skills and overall athleticism through five games. Jordin Jones Jordin Jones 5'9" | 180 lbs | ATH Penn Wood | 2022 PA produced to the best of his abilities and showed his versatility game in and game out. Hali and Stevens came on late in the season to earn a spot. Mike Price Mike Price 6'0" | 162 lbs | WR Bishop McDevitt | 2021 PA is a stud but that was known before the season,
Reading
Elijah Williams | 6’1″ 210lbs | RB | C/O 2021
Amier Burdine Amier Burdine 6'1" | 180 lbs | ATH Reading | 2023 State PA could also be featured, but his stock remains in place due to injury in what was a rough season for Reading. One bright spot is the emergence of running back Elijah Wiliams. We were made known of his talents this season where he and Burdine did their best to keep Reading in games. He’s dynamic in and out the trenches and deserves some love.
Academy Park
Kabba Kamara | 6’3″ 210lbs | DE | C/O 2021
Fouad Mansaray | 6’0 150lbs | ATH | C/O 2024
Eric Willis | WR/DB | C/O 2022
Ibrahim Sanogo | 6’2″ 210lbs | LB/DE/RB | C/O 2022
Anis Hunter Jr. | 6’0 155lbs | DB | C/O 2023
Ashton Clarkson | CB/DB | C/O 2022
We would have loved to see a rematch of Chester and Academy Park. AP’s defense was stellar against an elite team in Chester this past weekend, and although Academy Park isn’t in the championship, we came away with multiple prospects all of which impact said defense. I can argue no one in the United X has done more for their stock than junior Ibrahim Sanogo. We have spoken of his stellar play on the site on numerous occasions. Kabba Kamara is another stud along the same defensive line, both players weighing in at 210 and both exceeding 6’2″. Consider a secondary of Clarkson, Hunter Jr., and Willis. This trio shapes up just as well as Cheltenham’s secondary does. Exciting team to watch in the future for sure!
Norristown
Nick DiNolfi | 6’1″ 170lbs | QB | C/O 2021
Julian Arthur | 6’0″ | WR/DB | C/O 2023
We know of Nick DiNolfi’s production but haven’t necessarily seen it ourselves yet. Lack of film has made it difficult to evaluate the senior quarterback but we know he’s producing on both sides of the ball. He and Julian Arthur have chemistry building, too bad this season was cut short or these two would have had a ball lighting up defenses. Arthur makes plays on defense too. Two highly underrated prospects who scouts invested in the UX know plenty about.
Chichester
Staring Reaves Staring Reaves 5'10" | 175 lbs | DB Chichester | 2023 State PA | 5’9″ 175lbs | ATH | C/O 2023
Eddie Swinton | 6’0 165lbs | WR/OLB | C/O 2022
Bryen Akil Hamm | 5’9″ 166lbs | RB/SS | C/O 2021
Staring Reaves Staring Reaves 5'10" | 175 lbs | DB Chichester | 2023 State PA is one of the best overall prospects the United Ten has to offer. That would still be the case anywhere he plays. He’s ahead of schedule as a prospect and displays consistent technique, effort, and discipline. The kid is only a sophomore. Shout out to Swinton and Hamm for giving this season their all. Their play stood out to us, especially Hamm’s film as a whole.
Chester
Anton Sterling | RB | C/O 2021
Colin Ferrell | 5’10″ 171 | FS/LB | C/O 2023
Isaiah Freeeman | 6’3″ 195lbs | QB | C/O 2022
LaFennis Mays
Darron Miller Darron Miller 6'2" | 185 lbs | LB Chester | 2022 State PA | 6’2″ 170lbs | SS/OLB | C/O 2022
Jahir Palmer | 6’0 180lbs | CB/ATH | C/O 2021
The best team throughout the Spring. The Clippers were absolutely dominant before their loss to Academy Park. That may have been the worst possible outcome for HST, as we can expect Chester to clean up mistakes and play their best game yet this Saturday. Anton Sterling is also in consideration for the highest of stock-risers this Spring. He went off on numerous occasions. We aren’t sure if the senior is holding any offers, but if he isn’t coaches need to get on this kid fast! Ferrell, Miller, and Palmer all continued to elevate their stocks the past two weeks. Ferrell deserves to be ranked as one of the best ’23 LB/FS in all of PA, his film doesn’t lie. We are intrigued by QB Isaiah Freeman, more so as the season progressed. His size is ideal and he’s got raw talent. Strong arm and size to match.
Harry S. Truman
Sincere Thomas | 5’9″ 160lbs | ATH | C/O 2021
Terrell Delp | 6’3″ 200 | QB | C/O 2022
Jordan Fant | 6’0 185lbs | ATH | C/O 2021
Makai Jackson | 6’0 170lbs | DB | C/O 2022
The other team in the championship that isn’t to be messed with. Harry S. Truman is led by electric senior athlete Sincere Thomas on offense and stud defensive back Makai Jackson on defense. Chester gave up some points to Academy last week, their main objective is to slow Thomas down enough to keep this game in hand. It’s going to take every name listed and some to stop the combination of Delp-Thomas. One of the more productive QB-WR tandems in the United X. These four have solidified their stocks and could elevate even further with a championship win against Chester this Saturday!
