Andrews had a phenomenal season for Ralston Valley, leading them to their first ever state championship appearance! The 6’6 200-pound QB went 198/273 for 2869, 72.5% completion rate, 26 TDs, 3 INT, 119 carries for 811 yards and 16 touchdowns. Very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, balance, good speed, and change of direction. Andrews has elite throw power and elite release. He launches it downfield effortlessly and has a beautiful deep ball. Very good progression speed, not getting locked in on one guy. Andrews stays poised under pressure, or will use his very good scramble ability to get the first down. Very accurate, and takes care of the football. He isn’t making boneheaded decisions with the ball. Andrews is the new prototypical QB who can launch the ball downfield, while hurting the defense with his legs. His current recruiting status is a disservice to how he plays the game. Recruit him.

Andrews was picture perfect last against Denver South. He went 15/16 for 201 yards and 3 TDs, with 3 carries for 30 yards and 1 touchdown on the ground. I continue to pound the rock that he is a top QB prospect and should be recruited as such. I rarely give out elite grades, and he has multiple. He has elite release and elite throw power. Andrews fits the ball in very tight windows and maintains his accuracy. Andrews will go through his reads, not honing in on one guy. He has very good mental processing, and is a decisive quarterback. Very good accuracy for short, medium, and deep ball. Very good accuracy while throwing on the run. Very good ball placement skills. He’ll lead the WR in stride with the ball, throw it above the WR & DB’s head, or on the money depending on the situation. Very good pocket presence and mobility. Very good scramble ability to make defenders miss. He’s exactly what you want from a QB and has continued to develop each year. Colleges that don’t recruit him are doing themselves a disservice.

Andrews has been making some noise during the camp circuit. Even though he’s a QB, he has been getting some time at tight end during camp season. Measuring in at 6’6 200 pounds, last season he accounted for 2383 yards, 19 TDs, 3 INT, with a 70% completion rate. On the ground, he had 111 carries for 701 yards and 8 touchdowns. He has an elite release and elite throw power. Fits the ball in tight windows. Very good mental processing and very good decision maker by going through his reads and picking the open man. He doesn’t put the ball in harm’s way. He has very good accuracy at all 3 levels. Very good ball placement skills depending on the situation. Andrews has very good pocket presence and mobility. When the pocket breaks down, he uses his very good scramble ability to run free. I can’t wait to see him put it all together again for his senior season. I firmly believe Andrews is an elite QB who colleges NEED to look at as QB.

Andrews displayed a big-time arm, effortlessly pushing the ball downfield and hitting receivers in stride. His ability to throw with anticipation and accuracy stood out, as he consistently placed passes where only his receivers could make the play. Andrews showed remarkable composure in the pocket, demonstrating his ability to scan the field and make quick decisions. His mechanics were sound, and his throws had zip, allowing him to challenge tight windows. Andrews’ poise and leadership were evident, setting him apart as a top-tier QB in the 2026 class. He’s a prospect with a very bright future.

Andrews is fresh off a big season for Ralston Valley. He stands tall at 6’6 205 pounds. I was very impressed with Andrews’ release. He has an elite release, with a snappy flick of the wrist motion. Mixed with his very good throw power, and he’s a formidable opponent. Over the course of the drills, his very good footwork helped him succeed. He looked very comfortable and poised during the 1 on 1s. Andrews has very good accuracy at all 3 levels, however his deep accuracy stands out the most to me. He can fit the ball in a tight window, where only his WR can make the catch. Great job from the young QB who I believe will continue to be one of the top signal callers in Colorado.

Andrews is having himself a season. He currently ranks 5th in passing yards. He has thrown 134/195 for 1627 yards, 68.7% completion rate, 13 TD, 0 ints. On the ground, he has 51 carries for 353 yards and 3 touchdowns. He’s an accurate quarterback who is smart and decisive with the football. Andrews has very good throw power. He has a good release too. He steps up and uses that cannon on an arm to meet his WRs on the “go” route downfield. Andrews has good accuracy at all 3 levels, however he has very good deep accuracy. His ball placement is on point, with a beautiful over the shoulder TD pass. Against pressure, he stands tall in the pocket or uses his evasiveness to avoid getting sacked. He’s good at throwing on the run, either on the left or right side. Andrews is a threat to run the ball as well. He uses his good speed and acceleration to run past defenders. He doesn’t shy away from contact, and instead puts his shoulder pads down to create them. I’m very impressed with Andrews’ season, and I’m looking forward to seeing how he continues leading Ralston Valley down the stretch.

Andrews showed why he’s a dual-threat quarterback with a standout game, not only making plays through the air but also with his legs. Andrews completed 18 of 28 passes for 303 yards and two touchdowns, hitting his receivers in stride and letting them work after the catch. His ability to extend plays with his mobility added another dimension to his game, as he also carried the ball 8 times for 52 yards. Andrews demonstrated a knack for stretching the field, taking deep shots and keeping the defense on its heels. His versatility made him a nightmare for the defense, as he smoothly blended precision passing with the ability to scramble and pick up chunk yardage on the ground.
