Schneider shows strong awareness in coverage, getting depth in his drops and locating crossing routes coming into his zone. Once the football is in the air, he displays soft hands and ball skills that allow him to capitalize on interception opportunities. Against the run, he is a sure tackler who closes space quickly and finishes consistently in the open field. Schneider also has the ability to pressure the quarterback when his number is called. His complete skill set and athleticism point toward a player with legitimate Division I potential and a prospect coaches should have firmly on their radar.

Uses his explosive take off speed when blitzing to stuff gaps. Uses his very good block shedding and get off to get off the block and into the backfield. Good tackling. Schneider consistently helps his teammates finish tackles. I’m intrigued to see how he does this upcoming camp season!
